The new week had arrived as Ningning was walking to class with a tired and exhausted look on her face. She really wanted nothing more than to just sleep in her bed and skip the first lesson that she had in the morning. Though, she still decided to come to class because if she didn't then Keyu wouldn't stop nagging her for skipping this English class.

She pushes the door to the classroom opens as she looks around the room to see if she could spot her boyfriend. Ningning squinting her eyes since she had horrible vision. It wasn't like squinting her eyes was doing anything to help her perfect her eye sight.

She sees the tall male with glasses sat at the back of the class as she lets out an annoyed sigh.
"Why does he always sit in the back." Ningning whines to herself before making her way over to him.

*dug!

Keyu hears the sound of something heavy dropping on his table.
The lad looking over to the side to see that Ningning had arrived as she sat down on the empty seat beside him. Keyu watching as she starts to take everything out of her bag.

"You came early for once." He stated as it made Ningning roll her eyes.
"I was planning on oversleeping today but decided to wake up a bit earlier. Key, why do you have to sit in the back?? There's still a lot of empty seats in the front." She replies tiredly.
"Everyone has their unofficial assigned seats now. I don't want to take someone else's seat. Besides, I like sitting in the back. The lecturer pays no attention to me, I can do whatever I want." He answers as she thought about it.
"True... I could sleep and the lecturer wouldn't notice..." She says as she started smiling to herself.

"By the way, the lecturer assigned us a task to complete before the lesson starts." He tells her as he points at the front.
Ningning looking to the front as she tried to make up what the lecturer had written on the board.
"Yeah, I can't see for shit. This is why I don't sit at the back." She sighs before frowning at him.

"If you know that you can't see, why do you not wear glasses?" Keyu questions her.
"I keep forgetting to get my eyes checked ok." She retorted.
"Ok so you won't forget anymore. Let's get them checked up after we're done with classes. But in the meantime, you could wear mine. I doubt it'll help and you'd probably get a headache at first, but at least it'll help you see a bit better." He says as Ningning watches as he took his glasses off and instead placed it on her face.

She could just stare at him in silence as her cheeks started to heat up. Ningning just staring at his face. She'd never seen him without glasses before. Why'd he look ten times more fine without his glasses.

When she realises that she's been staring at him for an awfully long time, she quickly covers her face with both her hands as her sudden action confuses him.
"Are you alright?" He questions her as Ningning quickly nodded her head.
"Uh the headache is getting to me." She quickly put up a lie. Well, she wasn't quite lying because she really did start to get a bit lightheaded after wearing his glasses.
"Ahh, alright then. The headache usually wears off soon." He said and went back to writing on his notebook.

"Wait, if I'm wearing your glasses then how are you going to see? Aren't you like blind as well." She asks him.
"We'd only be continuing with our project today so it doesn't really matter. Plus if the teacher assigns us a task to do then you could just read out the task on the board for me, right Yizhuo?" He replies as she was caught taken aback.

She grabs her notebook and smacks his shoulders with it.

"Whatever. I'm going to do the task that the lecturer assigned before he arrived back to the class." She says through gritted teeth's before looking away from him.

"What do you think of this glasses?" She asks him. Ningning staring at herself in the mirror as she admires herself before looking over at Keyu.
Yes after the two of them were done with class, they decided to go to the optical and get her eye sight checked first by the optician. Keyu might as well spend the next two hours before his next class with Ningning instead of doing nothing.

"I like them. I think it suits you." He replies as she groans.
"That's literally what you said for the last three glasses as well." She says tiredly before staring at herself again in the mirror.
"What else am I supposed to say? They all do look good on you." He says.
"I need you to like tell me which one looks the best on me. You can't keep saying that all of them look good because then I won't be able to choose. I'm indecisive." She whines.

"Okay then. Out of the four. I think you look the best in this one." He says as he motions to the one she was currently wearing.
"Don't ask for the reason. Even I myself don't know, but I like this one the most."

"Ok then. I'll get this one." She says and heads over to the front as she hands the glasses over to the optician.
"It usually takes about a week or two for your prescription glasses to be made." Keyu tells her.
"I can live with that." She replies as she then looks through her bag to find her wallet so she could pay.

Ningning must have been searching through her bag for quite some time. She was searching through that bag like she was digging for gold. (She hasn't cleaned the inside of her bag since last semester).
"Aha! Here it is." She mumbles once she had found her wallet. The girl looking to the front to see that Keyu and the optician was talking to each other. Her also seeing as the optician handed Keyu's card back to him.

Her eyes widens as she hits his arms.
"Did you just pay for me?" She says in disbelief.
"Yeah, you were taking too long to find your wallet." He replies as it made her grit her teeth.
"Well you could've waited. Now I feel bad that you've just paid for me."

"But I intended to pay for your glasses from the start. That's why I even brought up the idea of coming here. Take this as my treat since it's your birthday." He says. His statement causing her to look at him in fury, all whilst her heart started beating uncontrollably.

How did he even know that today was her birthday.
"How did you even know." She questions bashfully.
"You reposted one of your friend's stories that wished you a happy birthday."
"Ohh... oh yeah I did. Hahaha." She says in embarrassment when she realises. She thought that since Keyu was barely active on Instagram, he wouldn't have cared. Moreover, was even bothered to look at her stories. So she didn't think that he'd know that today was her birthday.

"Well then, I'm hungry now. Let's get something to eat. MY treat. I'm paying!" She then tells him as the lad could just roll his eyes playfully at her.
