The next morning, Eleanor and Blake were up early, preparing for another workday. After their fun-filled weekend, the transition back to reality was a bit jarring, but they quickly fell into their usual routine.Eleanor slipped into her perfectly tailored blue suit, the deep shade complementing her fair skin and striking ginger hair. It was one of her favorites, giving her a sense of quiet confidence. She paired it with a pair of black heels, her steps purposeful as she finished getting ready for work.
Blake, ever observant, noticed her choice of attire as they prepared to leave the house. "Blue today, huh? You know that color really works for you," he teased with a grin. "The office is going to be a very distracted place."
Eleanor shook her head with a laugh. "You and your wild ideas. It's just another workday, Blake."
"Just another day where half the people in that building are secretly in love with you," he quipped, winking as they headed out.
On the way to the office, their conversation flowed easily, bouncing from random weekend memories to the work meeting ahead. Eleanor focused on her tasks for the day, completely unaware of the way her presence was continuously noticed, especially by certain individuals at the company.
As they arrived and walked into the office, the three Mafia leaders-Leonardo, Alejandro, and Roberto-were once again keenly aware of Eleanor's arrival. Her blue suit only added to her allure, a confident professional with no idea of the effect she had on everyone around her.
But Eleanor remained oblivious, focused on her work and the meeting ahead. She had no time for distractions, even as the world around her seemed to be in awe.
As Eleanor settled into her day, she was pleasantly surprised when Leonardo, Alejandro, and Roberto approached her desk. Their presence commanded attention, and she couldn't help but smile at the sight of them.
"Hey, Eleanor," Leonardo began, his deep voice tinged with a mix of authority and warmth. "Could you join us in our office for a moment? We'd like to talk to you about something important."
Curiosity piqued, Eleanor nodded, standing up and smoothing out her suit. She followed them, her heart racing slightly-not from fear, but from an inexplicable excitement. The atmosphere shifted as she entered their office, a space filled with power and an unmistakable intensity.
Once inside, Roberto closed the door, casting a glance at his companions before focusing on her. "Eleanor," he said, his gaze steady and serious, "we want you to know the raw truth."
Alejandro stepped forward, his dark eyes locked onto hers. "We all want you, Eleanor. There's something about you that draws us in. You're ours, whether you realize it or not."
Eleanor blinked in surprise, her mind racing to process their words. "Yours?" she echoed, confusion clouding her thoughts. "I-I don't understand. Why me?"
Leonardo took a step closer, his presence both reassuring and intimidating. "Because you're special. You're talented, intelligent, and innocent in a world filled with deception. We've never met anyone like you before, and that makes you ours in ways you can't imagine."
Feeling a mix of flattery and bewilderment, Eleanor struggled to respond. "I'm just me," she said softly, still grappling with the reality of the situation. "I don't know why you would feel that way."
Roberto reached out, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. "That's the beauty of it, Eleanor. You don't even realize the effect you have on people. But we see you, and we want to protect you. This world can be harsh, and we won't let anyone hurt you."
The trio's possessiveness was evident, their protectiveness wrapping around her like a shield. She felt a surge of warmth mixed with trepidation. Was it possible to belong to three powerful men without losing herself? But as they continued to look at her with such intensity, she felt something shift within her.
