Three months had passed since Eleanor embarked on her whirlwind romance with the trio, but a quiet storm brewed within her. She had been feeling unwell—nausea, fatigue, and persistent tummy troubles that she didn’t want to worry Alejandro, Roberto, or Leonardo about. Instead, she decided to confide in her best friend, Blake, who had always been her rock.

When Blake arrived at the estate to pick her up for the doctor’s appointment, he found Eleanor wrapped in a blanket, her usually vibrant demeanor dimmed. “You okay?” he asked, concern etched on his face.

“Just a bit under the weather,” she replied, trying to muster a smile. “But I’ll be fine.”

After a brief drive, they arrived at the doctor’s office, where the waiting room buzzed with activity. Eleanor’s heart raced as she thought about what the doctor might say. When it was finally her turn, she followed Blake into the examination room, where the doctor greeted them warmly.

After examining her, the doctor suggested an ultrasound to investigate further. Eleanor’s stomach twisted with nerves; she hadn’t been prepared for this moment. As she lay back on the exam table, Blake squeezed her hand tightly, grounding her.

“Just breathe,” he whispered, his gaze steady and reassuring.

When the technician began the ultrasound, Eleanor’s anxiety spiked, but the cool gel and the sound of the machine helped distract her. As the screen flickered to life, she held her breath, fear and hope clashing within her.

“Are you sure?” she asked, her voice barely above a whisper, as the images revealed more than one tiny form.

The doctor nodded, his expression a mixture of professionalism and warmth. “Yes, I’m sure. You’re pregnant… with triplets.”

Eleanor felt her heart leap. Triplets? The weight of the news sank in, and tears filled her eyes as she looked over at Blake, who wore an expression of shock and joy. “Three?” he echoed, almost breathless.

“Yes,” the doctor confirmed, pointing to the images on the monitor. “Congratulations!”

Eleanor’s emotions surged—excitement, disbelief, and an overwhelming sense of responsibility. But amidst the joy, a sliver of fear crept in. She hadn’t told the trio yet, and she wasn’t sure how to break the news.

Blake caught her conflicted gaze. “Hey, this is incredible news, Eleanor! You’re going to be an amazing mom,” he said, his voice filled with enthusiasm.

“Thank you, Blake,” she replied, her voice trembling slightly. “But I haven’t told the guys yet. I… I don’t know how they’ll react.”

Blake’s expression softened as he studied her. “You’re not alone in this, Eleanor. You can take your time, but you’ll have to tell them eventually. They’re going to be just as excited as I am.”

She nodded, appreciating his support but still feeling the weight of her secret. As they left the doctor’s office, Eleanor’s mind raced with thoughts of the future. The image of three little ones filled with their love and chaos was beautiful but daunting.

“I know you’re worried about telling them,” Blake said as they walked to the car. “But don’t forget, they care about you. You’ve built a life together, and this is part of it.”

Eleanor smiled softly, grateful for Blake’s unwavering friendship. “I know, I just want to find the right moment. I want them to understand how much this means to me… to us.”

As they drove back to the estate, Eleanor felt a mix of hope and apprehension. She was ready to embrace her future, but she needed to figure out how to share this monumental news with the trio. For now, she would savor this moment with Blake, cherishing the bond of trust and love they had built together.
