IT'S TATUM'S LAST DAY in Outer Banks before she leaves for New York—for real this time. It's also her wedding day with Owen. Just hours before, Sarah had informed Rafe of what was going on later today and he took off in a hurry. She's tried to get a hold of her brother all day as well as Tatum, but no sign of Rafe anywhere.

Tatum has went to every single person who knows him and they haven't gotten any answer to help her out. She needed to see him before she went in to marry Owen. Just one last time.

But it's impossible for her to since he's no where to be seen or tracked around. Topper's still going around looking for his best friend, helping out Tatum, knowing how important this is for her to speak to Rafe before she does anything official.

This small wedding has been kept a secret for the past couple of days. Tatum and her family can't let the media know of this yet due to the platform she's formed these past few years and how quick word can get around this small town.

All day, Sarah has been helping Tatum stall around as the girl tries to get in contact with Rafe secretly behind Owen and her parents' backs.

She is here outside of the courthouse in her modest white dress, pacing back and forth near the entrance as she does her best to keep calling Rafe's cell. "Come on, answer the phone, Rafe." She whispers to herself.

Sarah pushes the glass door behind Tatum, jogging up to her. "You got anything?" She asks her, brushing her hair from her face.

"No, nothing I've been doing has been working. It's no use. I don't know if I can go through this without speaking to him, Sarah." Tatum needs some closure with Rafe and him not answering any of her calls or texts isn't helping her somehow.
