The morning after our game against Team V and the ending of the first selction, we are all on our room, the placard there showing Ego.

Ego: Starting today, you will be doing some physical conditioning. For the duration of this training you are not allowed to kick a ball.

Raichi: Huh!? We're not going straight into the second selection!?

Iemon: How long will this training take?

Igarashi: Yeah. We need to know.

Why does he need to know? Does he have anything else to do? I doubt it.

Ego: Building 5 is the bottom of the pile, so don't get cocky over surviving the tournament. You'll train until I say stop, you pieces of garbage.

All of a sudden the screen changes to show a guy running with a VR headset on his head.

Y/n: What the f...

Ego: Those in top buildings were exempt from the first selection, and did state-of-the-art training instead. So you have to wait until they've finished up.

I call bullshit on this story he is making up, I don't even put a shed of belief on that. But oh well, let's play his little games, we only get stronger the more we play after all.

Physical Conditioning - Day 1

The routine is a set of exercises, at 9:00 a.m we have a 2-hour endurance run. At 14:00 p.m we have what is named Ultra Core Training. At 16:00 we have weights.

Ego: Be grateful that we're giving gangly, spineless nobodies like you the stamina training you need, idiots. Understand that you're the bottom of the bottom

At 18:00 p.m we have sprint training,, and then finally comes, at 20:00 p.m, meal time, commonly known as dinner.

Physical Conditioning - Day 3

I hate this so much, physical conditioning training is the worst thing ever. Right now we are on the sprint training, and I can see Isagi fall to the ground exhausted.

Isagi: Eight more sprints...

Y/n: Chop chop, Isagi, start running or we'll have to hear Ego scolding us.

Physical Conditioning - Day 4

This is getting easier, normally after intensive training you should have the next day off, but not here, no problem though, certain parts become easier like the sprints and weight lifting.

We also have to deal wwith our teammates not being able to handle so much intensity, so we now take a few buckets everywhere when we train.

Y/n: Please don't do that here. We're about to eat, you'll kill everyone appetite.

Igarashi is bent over the bucket throwing up. That's a bit disgusting, no, it is very disgusting.
