The time struck to 12:00 am. The trees were blowing a bit more heavily than before, everyone was walking out of Jace's cabin, grabbing their things and heading towards their own cabins.
"Do you really believe that?" I heard a voice speak to me from behind as I walk to my cabin, it was Abil. I look back up at him and rolled my eyes, continuing my way towards the cabin, "Believe what?"
"What Jace said. I mean, it sounds so made up."
"You would know, Abil."
He stopped walking and looked at me with confusion, "What are you talking about? You're still mad about me making this plan with Jace?" This is exactly why I dont go out with anyone, cause of dudes like Abil. Which who is my boyfriend that I still love.
"Who wouldnt be mad about their boyfriend taking their girlfriend out to a campsite for the summer only to find out that people have literally died here." I reply back, feeling annoyed about everything that just occured. "I get it, and I'm sorry I didnt tell you, I just figured that this would be a good chance for you to get out more. Take a break from your dad." My eyes dart to his with the most furious expression ever, "You have no place to tell me when or when I shouldnt take care of my father. My father is at home sick in a wheelchair while my older sister takes care of him for the summer, If anything I should be there helping her right now. But no, I'm stuck at a murder camp." It went silent between us before I spoke more calmly again. "So no, this isn't a good chance to take me away from my sick father."
I walk away from this, leaving him standing there thoughtlessly. I kind of feel bad for what I said, he just wanted to take me out of the house for a while and I understand that. But, I have my own personal responsibilities that I need to take care of before I do anything fun.
The cold and chilly air kicked up, I arrive at my own cabin, putting my luggage in my room and unpacking it. For a while I kept on thinking about what I said to Abil. I'm not one to go back on my word though. From a distance, I can hear some party music in Jace's cabin, he was decorating everyones cabins really quickly. In his hand, he had one of those karaoke machines and turned on the mic.
"Testing... Testing. I heard everyone is officially unpacked for the night, so I toast a Hunger Games!" Jace yells in the karaoke machine and laughs on the side, everyone looked out at Jace on their porches.
Monet rolled up a random paper ball and threw it at him, "What are you doing, idiot?"
"Hunger Games? Seriously?"
"Not literally, of course. Tonight, we will be doing 5 mini games!" I heard the yelling and laughing of everyone, so I decided to check everything out.
What's even happening I thought to myself. "Whos ready to play?!" Everyone screamed and cheered happily.

Once everyone got settled in Jace's cabin for the games, we started with the first game with booze.
"Alright, alright heres the plan. The game is basically Charades except when you guess it wrong, you have to take a shot." Everyone laughed and booed.
"Watch Jace get every single round wrong on purpose." Gwen said and everyone chuckled under their breath. "Very funny, guys. I think this is a good opportunity to play since a lot of shit went down today." Jace checked his watch. "Or, yesterday I guess. It's 12:30."
"Who's ready to get fucked up?" Jace asked sarcastically and everyone cheered. Even though everyone was happy, I could feel a bad sense in the room. It wasnt a good feeling, nowhere near to good. I felt scared. I then spoke up a bit softly, tucking hair behind my ear as everyone looked at me. "I dont think this is a good idea, I think someone should not drink just to make sure everything stays under control and doesnt get too hectic.
