I stumbled out of bed, groggily reaching for my phone to silence the blaring alarm. "I've been sleeping for three hours already?" I rubbed my eyes, trying to shake off the haze.

After Violet and I's passionate afternoon, I'd needed a nap. But now, I felt refreshed, rejuvenated.

As I fixed my tangled hair, a knock at the door broke the silence. My heart skipped a beat.

I slowly creaked the door open, expecting Rachel or maybe Violet. But there she was- Miss Eve.

"Hi, Miss," I said, trying to sound casual.

"Hi, Iris," Miss eve replied replied, her voice husky.

"Are you ready for that tour?" she asked, a hint of excitement in her voice.

"Yes!" I exclaimed.

We set off into the main hallway, where most of the rooms were located.

"And here's Rachel's room, our head girl," i said , nodding toward the door.

"Wow, her room is beautifully decorated," Miss Eve added.

"Yeah, it is pretty cool," I agreed. "Rachel's got a great eye for design."

Miss Eve smiled. "I can see that."

We continued down to the second hallway, lined with empty rooms.

"Most people, uh, hook up in these rooms," I whispered, "but don't tell anyone."

Miss Eve chuckled. "Wow, how nice."

I glanced at her, smirking. "Yeah, how nice."

Miss Eve's knowing gaze told me she was well aware of the rooms' purpose.

"I'm surprised you girls don't get into more trouble," she teased.

I shrugged. "We're pretty good at keeping secrets."

Next, we headed to the kitchen, where Melody – or Mel, as everyone called her – was busy cooking.

"Here's the kitchen and Auntie Mel," I said, waving.

Mel looked up, smiling. "Hey, Iris! Hi, Miss Eve."

"We're just doing a tour," I explained.

Mel nodded. "Make sure to show her the basement."

Miss Eve raised an eyebrow. "The basement?"

I grinned mischievously. "You'll see."

We chatted briefly before moving on to the basement.

"Welcome to our activity room, It's perfect for noise, so it's ideal for a common room."

Miss Eve's eyes widened. "Wow, isn't this just perfect? And it's all tucked away."

"Yeah, it's pretty cool," I replied.

miss Rachel had worked hard to make this space our own.

Miss Eve pointed to a door. "What's that room over there?"

I hesitated. "Well, nobody really goes in there... but I guess if you want a really loud sex session, it would be in there."

Miss Eve raised an eyebrow, smirking. "Oh, is that so?"

My face flushed as I quickly changed the subject.

"But we mostly hang out in the common room or the kitchen."

Miss Eve chuckled. "I think I get the idea."

But Miss Eve wasn't having it. "Can we go check it out? I want to know what I'm dealing with for a nice spot."

"Yea, sure," I said, leading her to the room.

The room was pitch black. I flipped the lights on, revealing a spacious, empty room with a massive bed.

Miss Eve's eyes sparkled. "Wow, it's perfect for me and... my girlfriend."

I chuckled. "You and your girlfriend, huh?"

Miss Eve smirked. "Yeah."

I raised an eyebrow. "You're pretty open about it."

Miss Eve shrugged. "Why hide it?"

I admired her confidence.

As we walked up the stairs, our footsteps synchronized.

When we reached Miss Eve's room, I wished her good luck on her first day tomorrow.

"Thanks, Iris," she said, smiling. "I'll need it."

With that, I left Miss Eve to her thoughts, wondering what tomorrow would bring.

As I returned to my room, I couldn't shake off the feeling that Miss Eve was more than just a teacher.

She was someone with secrets, someone who understood us.

And I was curious.
