A doctor and nurses came inside the room, one of the nurses told them to please leave the room as they tried to save the boy's life
The four leave the room for a moment when after a few minutes the doctors and nurses come out pushing the hospital bed of Dylan and enter the ICU.
Asher fell on his knees and he doesn't know what to do anymore, the last bit of strength he had a few minutes ago suddenly went away leaving him messy and devastated, meanwhile Jacob is hyperventilating and Matt is trying to calm him down while Kian is still frozen, he might look calm outside but his inside is twisting he feels like losing breath anytime the colors in his body starting to turn pale, he's trying to hold his tears back he doesn't want to let this weakness of him swallowed him, he was scared, worried and frustrated yet he cannot do a single thing to make things right.
"Excuse me, but can I please know if the father of the child is here" The nurse asked
"I am the father" Kian stood up immediately
"We need your sign here to permit us to do an emergency surgery right at this moment, the body of the patient is declining at a rapid speed it will affect the baby so much." the nurse added handing him a bunch of papers
Kian stood there not knowing what to do, so he looked at Asher who is currently looking at him
"Do it, sign it" Asher said
"For the baby, for Dylan" Asher added, and without further ado Kian signed the permission paper
5 years after...
"Daddy!!!!" a child jumped onto Kian's chest
"Ouch! baby, that hurts" Kian groaned in pain but was abruptly erased by his son's kiss
"Good morning Daddy" the child greeted
"you're way too excited you know?" Kian giggled
"I am! uncles and aunties will be here any minute! we need to get ourselves ready!" the child cheerfully said
"Okay, okay Daddy is awake na" Kian smiles at the energetic smile

"Daddy, what do you expect? I came out of him I must be his twinny!" the child explained
"but your dada has a real twin and it's not you" Kian teased the Child
"Hey! that's my uncle, he's not counted" the child teased him back
"Look at this little bean trying to tease his daddy back, you grew so much baby" Kian kissed the child's forehead
Kian carries the child in his arms, they went out to the balcony of their house looking at those cutes decoration outside
"can't believe you're already 5" Kian shed a tear
"what a drama king" the child again teased his daddy
"what did you say?" Kian started to tickle the little boy's feet
"I didn't hahaha say hahaha anything hahaha Daddy stop hahahaha" the little boy giggled
"Let's go get ready, your party will start soon" says Kian and kisses his son's fluffy cheeks
a moment later and the outside was filled with laughter and giggle as visitors started to flood the area
"Kian!" Allan shouted
"Oh, Allan you're here finally" Kian said
"I'm not talking to you" Allan teased him
"Oho, my name is Kian too you know?" Kian pouted
