"So many people...ugghh...my head hurts.", Mason said, massaging his temple, after boarding the private jet, on the way back to the country.
The plane was finally airborne when he remembered how Russell's mom, the housekeeper Mia and Paul was being all loud and cheerful, too much for Mason after they heard how they met and what happened later and how even Brian and Chester happened. He never knew a family would be hyping up their children's love stories as if it were a movie.
"You can get some sleep, now. I won't be bored if you let me cuddle you while you sleep.", Russell said, winking at him, smiling mischievously.
Mason looked at him in disgust. "I will take that as a yes...", Russell said, getting up to go over to Mason when Mason said, pointing his finger at Russell, "If you come I will kill you. Sit back right where you were, you freak."
"But I won't be able to see you again, before the weekend.", Russell whined, dropping back on his seat, rolling his eyes.
"Good night, Macaron.", Mason said, with a straight face, pulling the blanket to his shoulders, that was spread on his lap earlier, closing his eyes, huddling in his seat, to sleep.
Russell smiled, closing his eyes, unable to hide the blush, he covered his face with his palms and let out a muffled groan. Then he said to himself, "You are making it unbearable, Maple. Now I can't even go to sleep."
"Did you get your morning wood before morning? Wow...I can't believe the power that I have on you...", Mason said, still awake but his eyes closed. He couldn't help but smile.
"This isn't good, Maple. I need to hold you, RIGHT NOW! PLEASE...", Russell said, finally going over to Mason's seat. Mason opened his eyes and said, jokingly, "Okay, I can allow one kiss. You look pathetic, I can't help but pity you."
"I never knew someone pitying me could take my breath away...", Russell said, bending down closer to Mason, continuing, "Let me ask you a favour, Maple. Keep pitying me like this, will you?"
"As you say, sir!", Mason said, scoffing. And then their lips came together, as if sealing another promise that they made.

"In the back office, immediately!", BK said, when Mason came and dropped his bag on the reception table.
He landed at around 6 am, Russell dropped him off at his apartment in his car that was waiting for them at the runaway, pretty much like a movie. He brushed, took a shower and immediately came to work. He bought his breakfast on the go while coming to work and was about to sit when BK appeared like a genie and said that.
Brian was yet to arrive but Jamie was already there and was rearranging some bookshelves. Reluctantly, sighing, Mason went to the back office, walking through the numerous bookshelves towards the end of the large study hall, and reached a storage room door. He opened it went through it and took a flight of stairs down into the basement to get into a room at the end of the stairs and settled down on the couch in front of the study table facing the wall opposite the door through which he entered. Brian felt cramped in this room everytime he came, but Mason felt safe and comfortable in this room. This has been a safe space for him until he moved out of BK's home to his own apartment where he lives in now. It has been a long time since the last time he was here. Breaking his chain of thoughts, BK entered the room, opening the door and walked behind the study table.
"So, how was the trip?", he asked, arranging some papers on the table, without looking at Mason.
"Unexpected but not surprising.", Mason said, seriously, reflecting on the past two days.
