Khao's mind was a whirlwind of thoughts as he stared blankly at the TV, only half listening to the shows playing on screen. He had spent the entire day inside, too guilty to do much of anything else besides watch TV and talk on the phone.

His conversation with Podd that afternoon weighed heavily on his heart. They had been chatting like normal, catching up on each other's days, but there was a hollow feeling in Khao's chest that he couldn't shake. It felt like he was betraying Podd's trust with every word he said, knowing that he had been unfaithful.

And Podd's eagerness for a video call sent anxiety spiking through Khao's veins. Khao winced as his hand absently brushed over the dark hickeys lining his neck, evidence of his indiscretions with First.

As if the universe sensed his turmoil, his parents chose that moment to call, their voices triggering a flood of longing and homesickness. His father's wistful words about the house feeling so empty without him struck a particularly raw nerve.

Khao's mother, uncharacteristically warm, even made a request for a new bag to be bought with his first paycheck. Each promise to visit soon felt like a tiny lie, one more layer in the façade he was constructing around his life.

Blinking out of his thoughts, Khao heard the front door open and close, signaling First's return from work. He turned his head to watch him walk into the living room, trying to put on a neutral expression. First gave him a small smile. "Hey, I'm home. How was your day?"

"Fine," Khao replied, his voice flat. First frowned slightly but didn't push the question. "I'm going to go change, then I'll make us some dinner. Do you want anything in particular?"

"No, whatever you pick is fine," Khao said, already going back to staring at the TV. He barely registered the sounds of First working in the kitchen, his mind still stuck on his guilt.

It wasn't until he smelled the fragrant aroma of pad thai that Khao's stomach growled, reminding him that he hadn't eaten since breakfast. He sat down at the little dining table, poking at his food as First took a seat across from him.

They ate in near silence, just the clinking of spoon against bowl filling the room. Occasionally, First would try to make conversation, commenting on something that had happened to him at work, but Khao just grunted in response.

As soon as they were done, First started clearing the dishes away. "I'm going to shower, then I think I'm going to bed early tonight. It's been a long day."

Khao just nodded.

In his bedroom, Khao slowly stripped off his sweatpants and tank top, feeling exhausted. He crawled into bed, pulling the blanket up to his chin and closing his eyes, willing sleep to take him away from his complicated thoughts.

But he wasn't left in peace for long. He heard First enter the room and the familiar sound of his belt being unbuckled. Khao kept his eyes shut, feigning sleep, until he felt the bed dip beside him and a hot mouth attach to the side of his neck.

"First, stop," Khao mumbled, not really trying to dissuade him. "I'm still sore from last night."

First licked up to his ear before whispering huskily, "Don't worry, I'll be quick."

Khao shivered at that, his hole clenching even as more guilt spiked through him. He shouldn't be letting this happen again. But his body was already responding to First's touch, his cock starting to fill and tent the sheet.

First stripped him fully and flipped him onto his stomach. Khao buried his face in the pillow as he felt First spread his ass cheeks apart. He had the fleeting thought that this was what a cheater looked like, splayed out and dripping for someone who wasn't his boyfriend.
