Antoniyo ended up getting discharged from the hospital a week later and Kalleigh was there with Bray'Lynn waiting on him at the door. Antoniyo couldn't pick her up because of the stitches in his back, but he kissed and played with Bray'Lynn before getting in the car.
Kalleigh helped Antoniyo into the car and placed Bray'Lynn into her carseat, but didn't strap her completely in. As they were driving back to Kalleigh's home, they came to a 4-way stop intersection.
As they were going through, a black suv ran into the driver side of the car. Kalleigh's car flipped three times and came to a stop. Smoke coming from the engine and tires still spinning, the suv sped off. Bray'Lynn was ejected from the carseat to the other side of the road.
Other drivers pulled over towards Kalleigh's car and ran over as they were calling 911. It was the worse accident anyone had ever saw, Kalleigh and Antoniyo were both DOA and that's when someone noticed the carseat in the back. She yelled for everyone to look for a baby and that the baby wasn't in the car.
Everyone fanned out and a man found Bray'Lynn on the opposite side of the road. The ambulance arrived and he ran over to the paramedics with her in his arms. They revived Bray'Lynn and she started to cry.
The street filled with police cars and coroners and blocked the intersection off. Witnesses gave their statements and gave them a partial on the black suv. The partial plates came back registered to Rhonda Lee, Rhyon's mom.
Rhonda sat outside the hospital the day Antoniyo got released. She called as a doctors favor and asked for an update on Antoniyo the night before. She followed Kalleigh and when she noticed she was going to her house, she went around the opposite way to meet up at the intersection. She felt that Kalleigh was the reason for her son's suicide.
Hating the fact that Kalleigh and Antoniyo got to have a happy ending, she felt that she needed to do something about it. Rhonda rammed the engine as she saw Kalleigh going through the intersection. Antoniyo heard it and looked up but it was too late, she was already crashing into their car.
