A month passed by and it was time for prom. Prom this year was at Rendezvous Event Centre and Banquet Hall II. It was an age limit for twenty-one, so Kalleigh had to go alone. Ma'Kailah and Antoniyo went together and they ran into Kalleigh. Ma'Kailah told her that she looked beautiful and Antoniyo agreed.
Kalleigh thanked them and returned the compliment and told them that they complimented each other very well. Kalleigh and Antoniyo were still having their sneaky links and planned to link the night after prom, since they could not have sex tonight. An hour went by and everyone was just dancing and having a good time.
The class president, Cambria, went onto the stage and asked for everyone's attention as she introduced this year's prom king and queen. She announced that the class of 2008s prom queen was Kalleigh Hughes. Everyone cheered Kalleigh on as she walked onto the stage in shock to retrieve her crown. Cambria then asked for a drumroll as she introduced the class of 08s prom king who was Antoniyo Hall.
He turned around and looked at Ma'Kailah and hugged and kissed her forehead as he began to walk towards the stage. He retrieved his crown and everyone applauded them. Antoniyo smiled and hugged Kalleigh and held her hand as they walked back down onto the dance floor.
Kalleigh texted Rhyon to meet her at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta - Midtown. She said her goodbyes to everyone as she left and headed to the hotel. As Kalleigh was heading down I75, a car sped pass in the right shoulder lane and lost control of the vehicle and slammed into Kalleigh. Her car spun around and hit the rail.
Kalleigh coughed and held her head as she was trying to catch her breath. People rushed over to Kalleigh's car as they called 911 and asked Kalleigh questions. They got enough information from Kalleigh before she became unresponsive.
