It was the week after Masons celebration party and I got a call from from my aunt... or so I thought. "Hello is this Y/N?" A male voice said "OH you're not my aunt" I said surprised "you're right I'm not I'm an officer and we got a call about your aunt...she um...she was murdered in her home last night and we need somewhere for you're cousin to stay we heard that you're old enough to have her so do you mind if we bring her over?" He said "oh um yeah of course I'll send you my address" I say on the verge of tears.
"hey what's wrong?" Miguel said while grabbing me "my aunt was murdered" I said in a confused tone "damn I'm sorry who called you??" He asked "the um police... they want ME to take my cousin" I yell while pointing at myself "ok ok I'll take of her with you" he said calming me down "thanks" I say while smiling at him "always".
~TIME SKIP~ It's been 2 hours Miguel and I cleaned up the house and got dressed into something casual I figured if I was going to be raising my cousin I had to do it the right way and welcome her into my family appropriately so I invited the group over! "Hey Y/n I heard what happened I'm so sorry" he said while hugging me "thanks mase" I said hugging him back everyone gave me hugs and we sat down listening to music and yapping. Soon we got interrupted by the doorbell and I opened it and seen Mya my cousin "hey baby" I said while picking her up "hii" she said barely being able to talk I sat her in the middle of the group and they started taking pictures with her and playing with her....ALL.OVER.HER!!!
I ordered food and we watched movies just enjoying her she then fell asleep with Miguel so we all went to bed. Good night world
