"The weight of the world felt heavy on her shoulders, but she would face the darkness alone, determined to emerge victorious."

The night sky was oppressive, thick with an unnatural darkness that smothered the once vibrant stars. Mondstadt's windmills stood in the far distance as you, Aether, Kaeya, Diluc, and Albedo ventured beyond the city walls, into the barren plains outside the protective barrier of Mondstadt. The once lush greenery had turned into a wasteland, the very earth corrupted by the presence of the Abyss.

You could feel it now—the heavy pull of something ancient and malevolent that clawed at your soul. Every step you took toward that presence made the fragments of forgotten gods inside you pulse with discomfort. Venti's words still echoed in your mind: A creature born of the Abyss. It's here for you.

Your companions readied themselves as you reached the clearing, and an unnatural stillness fell over the landscape. The silence was eerie, with only the soft rustle of the wind to accompany your footsteps. The tension was palpable, a tight knot forming in the pit of your stomach as you felt the Abyssal energy press against your very being.

Then, without warning, the ground trembled violently beneath your feet, and a bone-chilling growl echoed through the night. Aether drew his sword, the blade gleaming faintly in the dim light. "Get ready," he warned.

Suddenly, from the cracked earth, black mist began to rise—thick, like smoke, curling around the rocks and trees, suffocating the air itself. The mist twisted and churned, pulling itself together into a form—a grotesque, hulking figure that towered over the land. Its elongated limbs stretched unnaturally, its body made of shifting shadows, and its eyes burned with the searing light of the Abyss.

The creature let out a guttural roar that shook the ground, sending waves of dark energy outward. The force nearly knocked you back, but you stood firm, gritting your teeth against the oppressive aura. It was enormous—far larger than anything you had anticipated. Its presence alone seemed to warp the very fabric of reality around it, causing the air to ripple and distort.

"It's feeding on the fragments," Albedo muttered, his eyes locked on the beast. "The longer it stays here, the stronger it gets."

"We have to act fast," Aether said, tightening his grip on his sword. "Stay together!"

Kaeya leapt forward first, moving with the fluid grace of a predator. Ice crackled along the ground as he struck with his Cryo-infused sword, aiming for the creature's legs in an attempt to slow it down. His attack connected, but the beast barely flinched, swiping at him with a massive claw. Kaeya narrowly dodged, his usual smirk replaced with grim determination.
