A week had passed by and we were at the house peacefully. It was the last Sunday until I had to go back to school. Since it was the last Sunday, my aunt wanted to host a cook out at her place.
I just got out of the shower and now I'm picking out an outfit to wear. I wore some ripped jeans, a white long sleeve, and an oversized shirt on top of it. I grabbed my white and black dunks and I wore a necklace and some earrings.
*the outfit*
When I finished getting ready, I sprayed some of my perfume and I took my phone off of the charger. Then I went downstairs and sat on the couch and waited for my family to get downstairs.

My parents let me take my car and drive to the house by myself. I grabbed all of my stuff and got ready to drive out of the driveway. My parents were the first ones to leave so I just followed them out. Dakari was right behind me with his own car.
We drove to their house and it wasn't that far away from ours. When we got there, there were already a bunch of cars surrounding the house. They saved some space in their driveway so that our cars would be able to fit. I parked my car and then put my phone into my pocket and got out. I locked my car and followed my parents to their backyard.
Right when we got to the backyard I was met with little arms wrapping around my leg. I smiled and looked down and saw Bryson. I watch as he slowly lifted his head and looked at me with the biggest smile on his face. He lifted his arms up signaling that he wanted to get picked up.
I couldn't say no so I picked him up and he wrapped his arms around my neck. I walked further into the backyard with Bryson still in my arms.
"I guess Bryson found you before I did huh" a familiar voice said behind me making me smile.
I turned around and faced her. "You already know me and B got a special bond." I said with a smile still on my face.
