Naruto: Shadows of the Otsutsuki

Chapter 10: The Gathering Storm

As the first light of dawn broke over Konoha, Naruto and his allies stood ready at the portal to the dimension where the God Tree loomed ominously. The allies consisted of the remaining 5 Kage and the Konoha 8 excluding Hinata and Naruto. The air buzzed with anticipation and tension as each shinobi focused their chakra, preparing for the battles that awaited them.

"Are you all ready?" Naruto called out, scanning the faces of the assembled shinobi. Their expressions were a mix of determination and anxiety, but there was no backing down now.

Sasuke nodded, his Sharingan glimmering. "Remember, we're not just fighting for ourselves. We're fighting for every world threatened by the Otsutsuki."

With a collective resolve, the shinobi stepped through the portal, the familiar whirl of energy enveloping them as they crossed into the dimension of the God Tree.

As they emerged, the landscape greeted them with a sight both familiar and terrifying—the massive, ancient tree loomed above, its branches twisting and curling ominously against the sky. The air felt heavy with foreboding, and a dark energy pulsated from the roots of the God Tree, resonating with an eerie hum.

"Stay alert," Kakashi warned, his voice low and steady. "The Otsutsuki will be waiting for us."

Suddenly, a menacing laughter echoed through the air, and shadows shifted among the roots of the God Tree. Otsutsuki warriors emerged, their otherworldly features and dark auras making it clear they were here to defend their domain.

"Foolish shinobi!" one of the warriors exclaimed, his voice cold and mocking. "You dare challenge the will of the King Otsutsuki?"

The Shinobi looked to where the voice emerged there stood 14 paled humanoid creatures each with 2 horns. They were almost like clones the only difference between them being the color of their eyes.

Each shinobi readied themselves, recognizing the gravity of the situation as the 14  Otsutsuki warriors stepped forward—one for each one of the shinobi. Each Otsutsuki exuded a power that sent shivers down the spines of even the bravest shinobi.

"Do not be scared guys! This fight is for peace of the multiverse, the safety of our friends and allies, we can take them!" Naruto screamed out giving the others a much-needed pep talk. The others agreed by giving out a battle cry as they charged towards their foes for the fight of peace.  

Shino Aburame Ran forward, facing an Otsutsuki with lavender eyes that glowed with intense focus. The Otsutsuki's expression was calm, almost curious, as though analyzing Shino's every move even before the battle began. Shino, quiet and composed, released his insects in a controlled cloud, assessing his opponent.

The lavender-eyed Otsutsuki raised one hand, an invisible force emanating from Them, and with a flick of Their wrist, Shino's insects halted mid-air as though held by an invisible barrier. Shino's eyes narrowed behind his glasses; He realized this Otsutsuki could control the insects with an invisible barrier, Telekinesis.

"Interesting creatures," the Otsutsuki murmured, their voice barely above a whisper but resonating with cold authority. With a slight motion of their hand, they began twisting the cloud of insects, forming them into a vortex in front of them.
