Harry's friends house wasn't too far away from where we were.

He parks the car and he gets out, coming around to my door, opening it for me.
Even though I've told him millions of times that he doesn't need to, but he always insists anyway.

He takes my hand and I step out of the car and he leads me to the house.
I was expecting a much bigger house, yet it was a small condominium.

We get to the front porch steps and Harry buzzes as whoever his friend was, lets us in.

I was a little nervous, since I've never been to a house party, or any party really.
Which may come as a shock to some, as many people might think that famous people always attend parties.

I cling to Harry's sleeve anxiously, not knowing what to expect.
We interlock elbows and he gives me a look to let me know that it's gonna be alright.

We enter the room and it's not too overwhelming.
There weren't too many people here, I'd say about fifty.

Followed by the booming music coming from several speakers attached to the walls and many people playing beer pong all over.

But seriously,
It seemed as though lots of people were drinking.

Harry clutches my hand tight.
"Don't worry, you're safe with me." He reassures me.

I don't think he had to tell me.
I just felt it instinctively.

"Harry!" A loud voice interrupts my thoughts.

It was a man's voice, of course.
Who appeared to be the host of this party, otherwise known as Harry's friend.

He had messy blonde hair, with a grey bandana across his forehead.
Tall with blue eyes and a friendly smile, he clapped his hands together happily before greeting us.

"Ashton!" Harry exclaims, as they cup hands, making a loud sound.
They pull each other in a hug and I'm standing there, smiling and confused.

"Lizzy, this is Ashton, my childhood bestfriend and the host of this wicked party." Harry chuckles, nudging him.

Just as I looked at him, I instantly recognized him.
Ashton Irwin.
How could I have not realized sooner?

"Like, Ashton, as in Irwin?" I ask, getting star struck.
"As in Ashton Irwin?"
"From Five Seconds of Summer?"

"The one and only." Harry jokes as Ashton rolls his eyes.

"I know the Harry Styles and Lizzy Walker aren't talking right now." He says, chuckling with Harry.

"You know who I am?" I ask in awe.

"Of course! Lizzy Walker, the bright and beautiful blonde of One Direction!" He exclaims as I blush, and he takes my hand.
"Even more breathtaking in real life." He says, and puts my hand to his mouth, kissing it.

It was a quick kiss because Harry pulled my hand away.
"Alright, enough out of you." Harry teases him.
"Ashton's not one to be shy with the ladies, so I'm just looking out for you."

"What's that supposed to mean?" His voice squeaking, sounding offended as I laugh.

"Just behave yourself." Harry says to him.

They're really comedic together.

"I really like your music though." He says to me.
"Really great stuff."
"Plus, this one won't shut up about you!" He exclaims, giving Harry a noogie.

I laugh.
"How did you guys become friends?"

"We met in middle school." Harry answers.

"And we were in a band together." Ashton adds.
"Then the knucklehead left me for One Direction." He teases.
