The door slams behind us as Alex and I leave the house and walk to his car. There, we were immediately bombarded with the bright flash of cameras from the paparazzi, since it's been what? Three days since any of us left the house and I was seen straddling Harry?
If we're not counting Ashton's party, of course.
I block my vision as the camera lights were blinding me, but this was seriously nothing new.
"You're being a little dramatic." Alex says to me, over the sounds of yelling from the annoying paparazzi.
My sincere apologies if I'm not wearing ridiculously expensive sunglasses to guard my eyes from the flashing lights, Alex Turner.
"Lizzy, Lizzy! Where are you going with Alex Turner?" One of them asks.
"Out." I answer, letting them figure out the answer with their imaginations.
"Is this confirmed to be a date?" Another one asks, at least three microphones in my face, as we walked to the car.
"It is indeed a date, I think we can all agree Liz is very lucky she gets to go out with me, Alex Turner of course." He says as I give him an annoyed look.
"When did this all start?" Another one asks, as we avoid that question, not really sure what to say yet and proceed to walk to the car.
Immediately, he lets go of my hand and gets in the drivers seat.
He slams the car door, and I hesitantly go to sit in the passenger seat.Harry would've opened the door for me, I think to myself.
He begins to drive as we thankfully start to lose the paparazzi.
I lean my arm on the window and pinch the bridge of my nose."You know Liz, I'm not sure if you were even built for fame." He says, driving as I sigh.
I don't know why he keeps calling me that, it's not my name.
"I seriously doubt it Alex, but do enlighten me." I say, about to lose my patience.
"You can't be sensitive to the flashing camera lights." He says.
"You have to learn how to bask in the spotlight."I hum.
"Good tip, thanks." I say, sarcastically."Are you hungry?" He asks, looking over to me while still driving.
"Oh, I'm starved." I say, wishing this was over already.
"Good." He nods, turning the volume up on the radio.
"I have something to take your mind off your hunger."Just then, one of his songs began to play on the radio.
Do me a favour."This is a song from one of my albums, but I'm sure you already knew that." He says proudly.
"Is it? I hadn't noticed." I say sarcastically, acting as if I haven't listened to this song a hundred times.
At least try to be nice, Lizzy.
"I don't see how, it's pretty popular." He says, sounding slightly offended.
"You know, it's so good you'll forget that you haven't eaten this morning."
"Some might say it's better than a full breakfast.""Yeah, I've listened to it a couple of times." I answer.
"The whole album is great." I say, sounding less sarcastic but not that enthused.
