Chapter 28 : Why Tom?

It was just two weeks to Tyler's burial when news had reached everyone that Vivian had lost her baby,  this made the Toms so happy but one was responsible for it.
"Let's go visit her in the hospital, so no one will suspect us" T.Tony said as he inhaled weed. A lot of people in the family were smokers.
"I don't even care if they suspect us or not" T.Tyler said.
"Oh Alright" his cousin replied.
They both went straight to Xello's house from the hotel. When Xello heard the news, she was so happy, good news was everywhere this period she thought. They spent time together and Xello didn't fail to turn up, she was as bad and naughty as Wyatt, the only difference was their age and that one was a stripper. They both had tattoos, dressed widely and knew how to turn up.
It was late already and T.Tony thought to go back home and pay his wife a visit...
"So, you just remembered us now?" His wife said as he opened the door to walk in. She was on her laptop with her legs crossed.
"Where's our daughter?" T.Tony asked
"She's sleeping" she replied still focused on her laptop
"Okay" Tom said about to go straight upstairs when he heard
"Marrying you was a mistake"
"Same here, baby" Tom replied non chalantly,  he was prepared to argue with her anytime, anywhere.
"I so much regret Marrying you, you don't check up on me or your daughter at all" His wife said angrily, dropping her laptop she stood up slowly.
"Why should I check up on you, do I look like your doctor? You are the cause of everything,  you didn't want to be a single mother, you said you wanted  home of both parents for your daughter and now you have it and still complaining" Tom said looking frustrated.
"I called you several times, you declined my calls, sent you messages you didn't reply, I'm tired of you" his wife complained.
"Then walk out" Tom said with a smile
"I gave you divorce papers, you didn't sign, asked you to leave the house, you refused, asked you to cheat if me cheating hurts you too much, you refused. Then your complaints are not my concern"
"I don't want to leave this marriage because I still love you" his wife said.
"Then that's your fucking mistake" Tom said angrily.
"I hate you" Tom his wife was on the verge of tears as she said those words
"The feeling is mutual" He replied. His words made her cry.
Tom had gone upstairs it was passed two hours and his wife's sobbing was disturbing. He had to call her
"Mama?" He got no response.
"Mama, I'm sorry come upstairs"
His wife walked slowly towards him, she couldn't lie she was madly in love with this man.
She hugged him and he hugged her too.
"You look so ugly when you cry" Tom teased his wife
"You look so ugly when you argue with me" she replied.
"What's this chain?" She said touching the gold chain on Tom's neck, it was a customised piece with the name "Tom" written on it
"Oh it's matching jewelry with My cousin" Tom replied
"You like it? He asked his wife and she nodded.
He pulled it off and wore it on her neck
"I love you" she confessed.
"I love me too" he replied.
