Chapter 15

Cassie's Pov

I wake up in devyn's arms. I just like died. I look at his face and he looks so peaceful. I check my phone for the time and it is only 9:46am. I sigh and get out from devyn's grip and get out of the tent. I zip it back up and walk to morgan and aram's tent and hear them whisper arguing.

"what are you guy arguing about?" I whisper

"nothing." morgan says

I walk away and go in the house. my mom is in the kitchen drinking coffee.

"hey mom." I say

"hey honey. how you doing?" she asks

"I totally forgot about yesterday. but I kicked his ass." I say and grab an apple

"good for you." she says

"what are we doing today?" I ask

"we are going to the pool. devyn can come too if he wants." she says

"ok. and aram stayed too." I say

"ok. well we are leaving in 3 hours." she says and puts her cup in the sink

"ok. im gonna go take a shower. if anyone asks." I say and throw the rest of my apple away

"ok." she says

I go upstairs and into my room. I go into my bathroom and lock the door. I undress and get in the shower. i put my wrists under the shower and it stings. i wash and shave and then get out. i dry my hair and throw it in a messy bun then wrap myself in a towel and walk into my room. i grab my salmon and blue tribal knit bikini top and my white bottoms with strings and beads on the sides. i put those on and grab some denim jean shorts. i look for the top that i wanted but i couldn't find it. i go downstairs and look in the laundry room and grab the white crop top with a pineapple on it out of the dryer and put it over my bikini. i walk out of the laundry room and go back upstairs.

i leave my hair down naturally and do my makeup. i finish my makeup and put my ribbon hair ties around both of my wrists. look at myself in the mirror and run downstairs. i go out the backdoor and see that nobody is awake.

i walk over to morgan's tent and i open it. i see them kissing and i cover my eyes.

"we're going to the pool in like 2 hours." i say with my eyes covered and then leave. i walk over to my tent and open it. i see devyn on his phone. i jump and lay beside him

"we're going to the pool in 2 hours." i say and lay on my stomach and hold myself up with my elbows and look at him

"ok." he says and looks at me

"what do you wanna do?" i ask

"want me to teach you that song on the guitar that i was gonna teach you last week?" he says

"yes!" i yell and grab my guitar and run in the house and up to my room. i sit on my bed and wait for him. after like a minute he walks in laughing with the guitar.

"you are really hyper." he says

"i don't know about hyper. im just me." i say and he closes the door

"ok." he says and sits beside me on my bed

he starts to teach me the song on the guitar that I let him use. I just don't get it.

"I cant." I say

"let me show you. you strum and I will do the notes." he says and sit right beside me and puts his hand on the neck of the guitar and I strum.

I look up at him and smile when I see that he was already looking at me. we look at each other and then we both start leaning in. close my eyes and our lips touch and a circus explodes in my stomach. our lips move in sync. he puts his hand on my cheek and I put one in his hair and one on his chest.
