Chapter 18

Cassie's pov

I get to aram's house and knock on the door. And elizabeth answers it look really tired.

"Oh. Hey cassie. What are you doing here so early?" She asks and lets me in

"I need to talk to aram." I say

"He's locked himself in his room. He wont open the door." She says

"i'll get it open." I say and walk to his room. I knock on his door.

"Mom! I told you to fucking leave me alone!" He yells

"Aram! Its Cassie! Dont talk to your mother like that! She didnt carry you around for 9 months for you to be an ass! Now open the door!" I yell

"No! Go away!" He yells with his voice cracking

"fine." I say as my heart breaks, and grab a bobby pin out of my hair and start picking the lock. I unlock the door and walk in.

"What the hell?! Go away!" He yells and i look at him and his eyes are red and puffy and he has tears on his cheeks

"Why should I?" I ask and close his door and sit on the foot of his bed

"Because you are just gonna be on morgans side. Seth didnt say anything about you." He says

"Why did you break up with morgan?" I ask

"Because seth didnt say that stuff. She was making stuff up." He says

"Yes he did! And you broke her! Youre making her be like me." I say

"What do you mean me making her be like you?" He asks and I take off the hair ties and show him my cuts

"Why?" He asks and hugs me

"Because I get tired of people's shit! bullying. Caleb. Seth. And just... ugh." I say

"But you always look so happy." He says

"I can hide my feelings. I just keep everything inside until I'm alone or I've had enough and it just comes out." I say and hug him

"Did seth really say those things?" Aram says

"Yes." I say and show him the picture on my phone

"I'm sorry. And im glad that you are the person you are." He says

"What do you mean?" I ask

"If you werent the person you right now then you wouldnt be here in my bedroom at 6:30 in the fucking morning telling me the truth. You wouldnt be trying to get me and morgan back together. I am glad that you are that person." he says

"well I wouldn't be this person if it wasn't for you and devyn." I say and he hugs me

"I'm sorry I was being such an ass." he says and breaks the hug

"why are you apologizing to me?" I ask

"oh right. I will be over in an hour. and you should probably go and make sure she is ok." he says

"yeah. see you in an hour." I say

"K. Bye." He says

"Bye." I say and walk out of the room closing the door behind me

I start to walk down the hallway but then turn around and quietly walk back to his door and listen

"Why was i such a fucking idiot... She wouldnt lie to me... She defenetly wouldnt lie to me about her sister... Hopefully she will take me back." He whispers

I turn around and start walking down the hallway. I change my mind and turn back around and walk to his room. I open the door and engulf him into a hug.
