---------------------------------------------------------CHAPTER 5-------------------------------------------------------------
I played around with the rope behind my back until it cam loose. I pulled my hands out mentally cheering in the process. I pull my gag off and ran to the closest person to me. Zayn. I quickly untied him and the others. They stood in shock. And there was an awkward silence.
"Claire?" Liam breathed, shock and amazement was plastered on his face. Well at least it wasn't orange, it thought, giggling to myself.
"Hi" I whispered shyly look at the ground.
"OH MY GOD IT IS YOU" He whisper-shouted, embracing me in a hug. I chuckled lightly, until i heard footsteps. My eyes nearly popped out of my head. I panicked.
"Guys theres someone coming!" I cried but whispering. I looked around quickly. Window.
"Guys go through the window" I said rushing to the window trying to prise it open. No luck. The boys had a go too. Still no luck.
"Well what do we have here then" She said from behind us.
"Leave you for ten minutes tops and you're already trying to escape" She says. We turn around slowly to see she's pointing a gun at us.
"Come sit" She says.
We slowly walk to our previous chairs with our hands in the air. Then something unexpected happened. Greg came bursting through the door with a few police officers. I held my breath as she pointed the gun at them.
"Greg! Leave!" I shout. Now crying.
"You better listen to her or i'll shoot" She spat at him.
I stood up and so did harry. We shared glances and stood still.
"Shoot then. I dare you" He spat back. I gasped. Nononono greg! Stupid boy. I stood there speechless. He's so fucking dumb sometimes! But i do love him. As a brother obviously. I look to the ground still crying as she begins her countdown.
"five" Its a replay of before.
"four" I look at greg and he catches my eye i give him a look to say 'i can handle this, leave' but he just shakes his head.
"Three" I take a deep breath
"Two" Think of something claire!
"One" She gets ready to pull the trigger.
"NO!" Harry shouts i realise she turns and pulls the trigger but I'm already half way through flying in the air. It all happens in slow motion to me. Then i feel the sharp pain in my side. The bullet entered me. I screamed in pain. And everything became blurry. I heard faint screams around me and blurry figures running towards me. I felt a hand grasp mine. I just make out harry's gorgeous brown curly hair. I will never see him again. OR GREG! This caused me more pain. I saw blurred figures take Mandy away. I press my side and lift my hand up to inspect it. Warm sticky blood covers it. I squeeze my eyes shut in pain and open them again. I feel someones tears drop onto my face. I feel the same feeling as before. Dizziness. The room spins around as my eyes drop shut. I still her screams and cries around me. This is the end isn't it. No more Claire. So many people i wanted to say goodbye too. Another shot of pain overwhelmed my body and then..it shut off. Blackness. Nothing. Gone.
Harry's p.o.v
I say the look she gave greg. I had to do something! BUT WHAT?!
"three" Harry think.
"Two" Come onnnn!
"One" I see she's getting ready to shoot.
"NO!" i scream she turns towards me and pulls the trigger. I squeeze my eyes shut waiting for the bullet to reach me. It never does. I hear a thud and screams. I open my eyes and look around, Mandys being taken off by the police, and everyones crowding around something. Not just anything. Claire. I run over and kneel beside her. I grab her hand and let the tears fall freely. Why did she take the bullet for me? What does that mean? I sobbed quietly until her eyes shut.
"Claire!" i screamed. Uncontrollable sobs escaped my lips.
"Claire" i whispered again. Then i was pulled back and paramedics put her on a stretcher and rushed her to hospital. I hope she's ok. Because i think I'm falling for her.
