----------------------------------------------------------CHAPTER 9-----------------------------------------------------------
I woke up to my phone puzzling like crazy. Beth. Beth was one of my best friends. Well she still is the problem is she moved to America, so right now I'm puzzled to why she's calling me.
"Hello" I said maybe a bit harsh because she woke me up.
"Hello to you to sunshine" She chuckled.
"Whats up?" i asked.
"Oh yeah i called you because..well..i've moved back to England.." She said happily.
"WHAT! OMG BETHH WHERE?!" I screamed.
"look outside" She said. I can't believe she's moved back and- WAIT! SHES OUTSIDE?! I jumped up and ran downstairs, passing Greg on the way down. He just stares at me confused.
"Beth's back!" I screamed at him still running. I grunted and went back in his bedroom. I flew the door open and revealed a ginning Beth. I didn't say anything i just hugged her. Beth was beautiful. She went to school with me and Liam. In fact its Liam's ex. They broke up because she was moving. I'm so glad she's back though, we have so much catching up to do. We spent about 2 hours catching up on whatever came up. Until Liam came up in conversation.
"So how's Liam getting on?" She asked sadly.
"Umm..well i saw him for the first time in 2 years the other day" i said. "But he looks good. Did you know he's in a famous band now? Their like the biggest boy band in the world" I said. She looked shocked. I grabbed my laptop and searched them on wikipedia for her to read. I gave her the laptop and let her read through.
"errmm..Beth?" i asked trying to get her attention away from the laptop. I'm wondering if i should tell her about Liam's girlfriend. But i don't want to hurt her feelings.
"Yeah?" She said looking up at me and then back down.
"Um Liam has a girlfriend" I say. "Her names Danielle. She's a dancer" I add. She closes her eyes and shuts the laptop lid. I see a tear escape her eye so i jump up and sit next to her.
"You still love him don't you" I say quietly as she nods her head. I think for a minute.
"Well as much as i like Danielle, because she's a nice girl. But i think you and Liam are a better couple and cuter. I think you should get him back" I say. Its true.
"Don't be silly" She says, fake smiling.
"I'm going to help" is say firmly. I stand to my feet and grab her hand pulling her to my bedroom. I go into my walk in wardrobe and pull out my favourite dress. Its really beautiful and will dazzle Liam. I place it in her arms and point to my bathroom. She gives me a 'What the fuck' look but i just carry on pointing. She goes into the bathroom to get changed and i get out my make up and curling wand. Beth has beautiful short hair but long enough to curl. She walked out the bathroom looking stunning already. The dress i gave her was tight and fit her body perfectly. I make her sit doing her make up and hair. Once i finished i did a smiled at my work. She looked amazing. Now for the Liam part. I dial Liam's number.
"Hello" I say.
"Hey Claire! Whats up?" He says.
"Fancy going for a meal with me? Because we still haven't had a proper catch up!" I lie.
"Yeah sure!" He says.
"Good dress up nicely in a suit or something and meet me a that posh place in town in 30 minutes!" I say hanging up. I slip on a dress and run downstairs where bets waiting.
"Ok come on" I say once again grabbing her had dragging her to Greg's car. I can drive i just don't have a car. We hop in and start driving to the place once we get there i tell beth to wait in the toilet, she doesn't argue she just goes. I see Liam sitting on a table for two.
"Hey" I smile hugging him.
"Hey" He says smiling back.
"You know you and Danielle?" I say. He just nods taking a sip of the drink he had already bought. "How happy are you with her?" I ask. He frowns but answers.
"Very happy" He says smiling. I sigh.
"Happier than when you was with beth?" I say looking down. I look back up and he looks almost..sad?
"No" He whispers. I see tears brim his eyes but he stays strong.
"Sorry" I say. "I have a present for you" I say he looks up. "Be right back" I say standing up and going to the toilet.
"Beth?" I say. I loop my arm in hers. "Ready to get your boy back?" I say. She simple nods and we walk to Liam's table. He looks up and his eyes grow wide. But there's something there. His eyes sparkle. Love.
"Beth?" He whispers.
"Hi Liam" She reply's as i walk off giving one last glance at them. Hopefully that goes well.
