Izumi Aoyama was considered the most popular girl at Fukuoka High School. She had long silver hair and deep violet eyes and got along well with everyone. She did not discuss anything about her love life, but she did have a boyfriend.
"Yugo, good morning!" Izumi bellowed
"Oh, good morning Izumi." Yugo said
Izumi was dating her classmate Yugo Kasumi and she was really lovestruck when it came to him. The other guys did not understand and would always think to themselves "Why did she pick him, he's capital D-dull", and this is because Yugo just liked to go through the motions of everyday life. He did not smile and always had a boring expression on his face, so why would Izumi be attracted to him of all people. Well, this is because Yugo only smiled and showed emotion around Izumi and his family. Despite looking boring, Yugo was actually really smart and funny, not to mention emotionally vulnerable. He also knew how to crack a joke.
"Oh, Yugo, I was thinking about hitting up that new anime store after school!" Izumi bellowed
"That's a great idea!" Yugo bellowed
"Ooh, what are you guys talking about?" Haruka asked
The one who interrupted their conversation is Haruka Mikasa, Izumi's best friend. The two of them had known each other since Elementary School. At first, Haruka did not understand why Izumi chose to date Yugo, but she learnt that he is a great guy. Haruka is also popular and is quite the athlete.
"How come Yugo smiles around them?" asked one of their classmates
"Dammit, I'm super jealous!" bellowed one of the boys
It was at this moment when another of their friends, Koga Murikami entered the classroom. Koga had long blonde hair, blue eyes and a wicked sense of humour. She was also popular with all the boys. This made every guy jealous, as Yugo was surrounded by the three most popular beauties in the entire school.
"Hey, Yugo, what's going on here, why are these three beautiful girls all pining for you?" Koki asked
The one asking is Koki Fushiguro, who happened to be the most popular guy in their class. He had a knack for making girls fall for him, but this did not seem to be the case with Izumi or the other girls.
"What does it concern you, Koki?" Izumi asked as her tone suddenly turned from sweet and kind, to ice cold and she shot him an ice cold stare
"Izumi, calm down." Yugo said
"I will destroy anyone who tries to hurt you." Izumi said suddenly sounding like a serial murderer
"Hiding behind your girlfriend, I thought you were a man, Yugo." Koki said
Yugo only had to say one thing and looked at Koki before opening his mouth, uttering: "I don't bother with people like you who have nothing better to do."
