A Day In Diluc's Tavern In Mondstadt. 

Venti POV:

Venti was sitting there, drunk and bored. He looked outside of the window, just watching the scenery. But he got startled, when he got a sudden tap on his back. He turned around, to see Nahida. The Dendro Archon. Venti was still drunk, his vision blurry and his head dizzy. 

Nahida's POV:

Nahida Looked at venti there, and said slowly and clearly, "Mr. Venti.. Can i sit with you?"

She said, expectantly. She glanced at Charles(the bartender) then back to Venti. She looked hopeful. 

Venti POV: 

Venti not even being sure who the hell that is since he's drunk, he gives a nod. then looks back outside in the window. The Scenery, and the fresh air coming in from the outside due to the open tavern front door.

Nahida POV: 

Nahida is currently inspecting a Blueprint while sitting next to venti. She notices Charles staring at them, but she doesn't mind. Buer/Nahida continues inspecting the Blueprint. The Blueprint was made by Sumeru Architecture Kaveh. Nahida looks at it closely. The Blueprint consisting of A modern looking, and Fantastic Architect Masterpiece of the currently building Palace of Alcazarazaray(this is past). Nahida seems to like the idea so far. But she writes a bit of advice to make it better on the back of the blueprint. Nahida sees Venti eventually standing up and going to the counter.

 Venti POV:

Venti stood up, and slowly walked to Charles(the bartender), and raised one finger. Slowly saying " One more Glass of dandelion..*burp* Wine.." 

Charles POV:

Charles looked at Venti, and said: "Sure, sir. In Just a moment."    Charles grabbed a glass, and poured the dandelion wine, hands it to Venti. Charles said the price of the item: "Sir, your total is 1200 Mora."

Venti POV:

Venti's mind: WHAT!! That's so overpriced!?    , Venti Said: "Can. I.. Pay later?"        

Charles POV: 

He said: Sure, sir. 

Venti POV:

Venti Grabs his glass of dandelion wine and sits back next to Nahida.

The outcome: Venti left without paying - He was chased down by diluc to pay for the wine - Nahida Gave the blueprint and advice back to kaveh- Kaveh already told the builders to start and gave them the advice Nahida gave. 

Bonus: Venti Broke into Diluc's Wine stash the very next day and left with 3 bottles of Dandelion wine
