{ this is part 45 bc part 44 is the special, still a wip }

I was supposed to do an update on the two year anniversary of this book, but i couldnt. i wanted to do a regular chapter with images but they werent loading. that was days ago. or, a week? almost a week, yeah. i feel not so bad about it, but i have been horribly depressed today. yesterday was great, but my dreams have been unforgiving. its a trauma anniversary, and the worst trauma of mine at that. I will heal in time though. just not today. tomorrow i will have the honor to bake a cake for someone lovely. who i made friends with recently. that'll be nice. im sure i'll bake just fine doing the work i usually do tomorrow. I do always bake a great cake, and its delicious from what i hear from the other people who eat it. 

but for right now, the hell in my mind of remembering the horrible lack of a safe space i had just one year ago. the amount of pure awareness i had, in contrast to my common place dissociation as from my disorders. I've been in the moment for long periods of time before, the other time i can give example to would be the time i moved from one storage locker to another. that was 7 straight hours of moving boxes into a truck. that was a lot but we had plenty of water and it had to be done. im just glad i could get it done while seeing the sunset and the moon rise :3 

im yawning like hell im so tired, so i'll do this quick.
