Unlike every other day, both Rajveer and Naina had overslept, skipping their usual early morning workout routine. As Rajveer stirred, he instinctively tightened his hold around Naina's waist, pulling her closer. Naina let out a soft moan, snuggling deeper into the warmth of his chest, her face buried in the comfort of the blanket.

Rajveer chuckled quietly at her actions, amused by how she tried to stay cocooned in the warmth they had created together. Slowly opening his eyes, still blurry with sleep, he glanced down at her, a smile tugging at the corner of his lips as he admired the peacefulness on her face.

He shifted slightly, pressing a gentle kiss to the top of her head. "Morning, sleepyhead," he whispered softly, his voice still laced with sleep.

Naina, barely opening her eyes, hummed contently in response, her lips curling into a small smile. "Five more minutes, Rajveer..." she mumbled, her voice muffled against his chest.

Rajveer couldn't help but laugh softly, his heart swelling with affection. "It's 8 am already, you know?" he told her, brushing a lock of hair away from her face.

Naina sighed dramatically, tightening her grip on him. "But I'm too comfortable here," she admitted, her voice filled with playful warmth.

Rajveer chuckled again, his fingers gently tracing patterns on her back. "I'm not complaining," he whispered, pulling her even closer, as if trying to make this moment last forever.

They lay there for a few more moments, simply enjoying the quiet and each other's company, content in the soft embrace of the morning.

After a while, Naina groaned softly and sat up, stretching. "We really should get up. Look, it's already 8:30 a.m.," she said, pointing toward the wall clock. Her eyes widened as realization hit her. "Oh no! Rajveer!" she exclaimed, turning to him in a panic. "How are we going to explain why Sujal stayed in my room last night?"

Rajveer leaned back against the headboard, completely unfazed. "I'll handle it, don't worry," he said with an easy smile. Then, as if it were the most logical thing in the world, he added, "Let's take a shower together. That way, we'll save water and get ready faster."

Naina shot him a skeptical look, one eyebrow arched. "Has it ever happened that we showered together and got done faster?" she asked dryly, her tone laced with amusement.

Rajveer flashed her a mischievous grin and waved her concern away as if it were nonsense. "You're just being unnecessarily skeptical," he said, grabbing her hand and pulling her gently toward the bathroom.

Naina couldn't help but laugh at his audacity, shaking her head as she let him lead her. "I'm keeping track of the time, Rajveer," she warned, her voice teasing. "If we're late, it's on you."

"Challenge accepted," he said with a wink, his grin growing wider.

It started innocently enough. Rajveer adjusted the water temperature with care and began shampooing Naina's hair, his fingers working through her strands in gentle, rhythmic motions. Naina closed her eyes, enjoying the soothing attention, and stayed still as he carefully rinsed out the shampoo and applied a generous amount of conditioner.

Once he was done, Naina turned around with a playful smile. "Your turn," she said, grabbing the shampoo bottle. Rajveer knelt down in front of her like an obedient schoolboy, his grin infectious as he tilted his head forward.

"Such a good boy," she teased, running her fingers through his hair as she worked the shampoo into a rich lather. He chuckled, but stayed still, letting her have her way. Once the conditioner was applied and thoroughly spread through his hair, Naina stepped back to admire her work.
