Congratulations! If you're reading this, that means that you're all caught up!

Unfortunately, if you're reading this, it means that I have not done my job and have yet to finish writing the next chapter.

I do hope for your understanding, and you should probably come back to this in a month or two, when I have gotten the time to actually sit down and finish writing this chapter!

As a small (limited-time) consolation, here's an extra scene!

"So what's Hanabi like?" Sayuri asked, peering up from a book.

Hinata shrugged. "Oh, she's sweet, kind, innocent, you know how it is."

The Uchiha furrowed her eyes. "Really? I remember how you were in the academy..."

Hinata smiled. "That was just because of Hiashi's awful parenting. I've done my best to curb his influence on her, so she turned out much better."

"How? I didn't think that you held that much sway within the Hyuga, especially when you were so young." Sayuri neatly folded her book, turning to face her.

"I just tried to be as good of an heir as possible, so that he didn't get any ideas of grooming Hanabi for the role."

---

"Iruka! You have to help us!" A chunin scrambled into one of the Academy's many offices.

Iruka set his glasses down, pinching the bridge of his nose. "You can't just turn to me for help every time something goes slightly wrong. I have obligations, too."

"No!" The panicked teacher shouted. "It's actually serious!"

Iruka sighed. "Alright, let's start from the beginning, then."

He took a second to catch his breath- his stamina was bad, that would need to be rectified later- before continuing. "It's her!"

Iruka rapidly paled, setting his pen aside and throwing on his flak jacket. "Understood."

The hallways rapidly began to stretch into a blur, the friction-based heat warming his body to a near-uncomfortable degree.

"Hanabi, stop this immediately!" His voice boomed across the room, forcing  most to cover their ears and causing some shouts of pain.

The tiny terror was stood atop a throne of desks, hands on her hips as she laughed to the heavens. "Stop? But I'm having so much fun!"

Konohamaru, stood at the base of the tower, shook his fist at her. "I won't let you keep doing this!" He began to move up the desks, clumsy, untrained feet slamming against wood.

A blur, and Iruka had fixed the classroom and grabbed both children by the scruff of their necks.

He sighed. "Both of you," he began, nodding to himself to ease his frustration, "are going to come with me. And we are going to have a little chat."

Immediately, the jeers of their peers was loud enough for all to hear.

"All of you, be quiet! The lesson will resume now!"
