Jax had gone back over to Ragatha after leaving Zooble in the white void with a grin on his face assuming Zooble was making plenty good usage of the White void's lack of censorship.
"Well, just dropped Zooble into the white void and I have a feeling they'll be using it quite frequently~" He replied.
"That's good" Ragatha replied optimistically. "But I think we should be getting ready for whatever spooky surprises Caine might have for us"
Jax immediately realized what she was talking about since it was Halloween that day but he was also a little confused. "Wait? Didn't we already have a Halloween adventure earlier this month?"
Ragatha giggled as she remembered how during "The Mystery of Mildenhall Manor" adventure She, Gangle and Martha Mildenhall had all conspired against Jax and had tied him up with a rope so he couldn't do anything funny. "Oh, you mean the time when you got tied up to a rope~?" She asked teasingly.
Jax groaned as he remembered how he had been mercilessly tied up and unable to speak until the adventure was over. "Oh god, don't remind me"
Ragatha couldn't help but chuckle at his response before changing the subject. "Well, Caine apparently wants to do another since the previous one was earlier in the month and today's adventure will actually take place on Halloween" She explained.
Jax nodded, understanding the reasoning while simultaneously also thinking of a funny way he'd prank Ragatha later. "Eh, just hoping this time it'll actually be scary since the creepiest thing about that Manor was the lack of Knifes to throw around" He replied as the two of them then met up with Pomni, Gangle and Kinger as Caine made his entrance.
"Welcome my little Heart shaped Candy Corns! Since today's Halloween, I thought why not make a second special adventure for you to celebrate the spookiest of times here in the circus" Caine replied, sounding as enthusiastic as ever.
"Well, what makes this Halloween-themed adventure different from the previous one?" Bubble asked.
"I'm glad you asked, bubble" Caine replied. "This adventure will have you 5 separated into a team of 3 and a team of 2 as you traverse a slightly different Haunted Manor from before, filled with only the SCARIEST, MOST FRIGHTENING but still family-friendly HORRORS THAT YOUR HUMAN MINDS WILL EVER ENCOUNTER!...also everyone gets free candy as a special treat"
Everyone (except Jax and Kinger) was slightly surprised by Caine's sudden shift in tone and the prospect of "going through a mansion with only the most terrifying horrors their minds have ever seen" but still went along with the prompts, Well except Pomni who was still carrying some very mild trauma from the previous adventure.
"Does this adventure have..anything to do with us being dragged to hell or..something like that?" She asked worryingly.
Caine only chuckled before flying over to her. "No worries my dear, this adventure won't have any hellish features that you'll have to worry about" He replied optimistically before changing to a more scared and serious tone. "But it will be horrifying in other ways"
Pomni flinched slightly from Caine's comment and was clearly not looking forward to being traumatized all over again. "W-W-Wait, So there's no-" She tried to ask nervously before Caine cut her off completely.
"Well we don't have much time, The Manor is calling for you all!" Caine replied before he snapped his fingers and teleported everyone to the spooky Manor before looking over at Bubble.
"You know bubble? I've been getting the strange sensation that Zooble may not have an interest in partaking in these adventures but I can't exactly put my finger on why" He replied, putting his finger on his chin in contemplation.
