"Name."

"Yu Chu."

"Age."

"23."

In the cold, sterile interrogation room, the young star police officer sitting across from Yu Chu raised an eyebrow at her answer. "Tell me the truth."

"I don't know."

"Yu, your attitude isn't very proper." Ling Yun twirled the pen in his hand, amused by the child in front of him who claimed to be 23 but looked like a kid.

"Fine, I'm 18."

"I think you're only 13."

"Then why ask if you can tell?" Yu Chu retorted.

"Attitude! Attitude!" The deputy officer beside Ling Yun slapped the table.

Yu Chu: "......"

"14, no older." Yu Chu said weakly.

"Where are you from? Where does your family live?" Ling Yun asked, writing notes.

"Can I have multiple choice for this question?" Yu Chu looked at him.

"Attitude." The deputy officer chimed in again.

"I have a very proper attitude!" Yu Chu said, arms crossed.

"Alright, don't scare the kid." Ling Yun said to the deputy.

Yu Chu nodded in agreement, then heard Ling Yun ask, "So let's put it this way, are you from our star, Bai Heng Xing?"

The unfamiliar name of a star didn't trigger any memories. Once a grand marshal of the Tian Liu Empire, Yu Chu felt uneasy. Ling Yun noticed and confirmed his earlier thought.

"Even though Bai Heng Xing is a C-class star, in some ways it can rival certain A-class stars. Your information has already been checked and isn't recorded in our planetary database, so you're not from our star, right?"

Yu Chu lowered her head.

"Then how did you get here?" Ling Yun looked at him.

"Didn't you bring me here?" Yu Chu murmured.

Ling Yun: "......"

"We're asking how you came to our star." The deputy officer was frustrated.

Yu Chu scratched his head. "Well, I closed my eyes, opened them, and I was here."

"Quite magical, huh?"

"Right? You feel the same." Yu Chu grinned.

"Be serious! We're asking you earnestly."

"I am answering seriously!" Yu Chu felt wronged.

"Cough, Xiao Liu," Ling Yun shook his head and continued, "When dealing with younger children, your interrogation attitude can change a bit. It doesn't have to be so stern."

"Exactly. If something happens to this kid, you'll be fully responsible." Relying on her current appearance, Yu Chu arrogantly agreed.

"Don't use your age to intimidate. Do you know how severe the crime is for unauthorized migration or trespassing without permission?"

"Ah..." Yu Chu tilted his head.

"Very serious! You could end up in prison!" The deputy officer slammed the table, causing Ling Yun to wince and almost kick him.

"Slap it again and you're out."

"Captain." The deputy officer said in a small, aggrieved voice.

"Prison..." Yu Chu's mouth opened.
