As I was walking out of school after packing my locker. I feel a tug on the sleeve of my sweater. When I turn I'm surprised when I see Momo stood beside me.
"Erm..... did you need something from me?" I ask not sure what was going on
Momo put a hand on her chin and begun to speak
"Well.... you see.... erm.... ah yea. For a school project I was supposed to visit an abandoned hospital....y'know to learn about the equipment they used in the past...." She said pausing to see if I was buying it so far
I knew she was lying but I humour her.
"Uhuh..." I say prodding her to continue
"Well.... y'know I'm a dainty girl and exploring an abandoned hospital alone is kind of scary.... so what I'm asking is.... could you y'know come with me to win this- I mean do this school project." She said pressing her index fingers together and looking to the side as if she was shyly confessing her love
"Its still bright out. Trust me its not that scary if its in the daytime." I say before attempting to leave but I was yanked back by Momo
"Wait! I forgot to say the school project must be done at night....." She said
She looked like she didn't even believe her lie.
"You know I'm in your class right....." I say
Her eyes widened as if she had been caught with her pants down.
"You are....." She said
"Sasori Ando."
"As for your request why would you ask a stranger to go with you as opposed to one of your gyaru friends." I say trying to get her to admit the truth which I already knew to her
"Well.... umm....." Momo tried to craft an answer in her head.
"I'm leaving." I say as I begin to walk away only to be yanked back again
"WAIT! If i tell you the real reason do you promise not to tell anyone at school about it." Momo said embarrassed
"Do I look like the type who would bother with that?" I say deadpanning
And so Momo told me the truth I already knew. She had made a bet about the existence of aliens with a nerdy boy from another class.

"Could you let go of me." I ask
Momo had one arm linked with mine and the other was holding her phone
"This is for your safety as much as it is for mine y'know." Momo said defiantly as she clinged harder to me
"I thought you didn't believe in aliens." I said
"I don't! But..... Arghh shut up." She said
She didn't let go of me
"W-w-what is this place. Its scaring the crap out of me! And you're telling me this is a UFO hotspot?!" She said shakily to the nerd who she had named occult-kun over the phone
"Yup! its a hotspot for UFO's. If you call for one on the roof, you'll definitely be abducted." Occult-kun said confidently
"What does that even mean?" Momo said shakily
"IT means you get kidnapped by aliens and they experiment on you." Occult-kun said
"Whoa! your speaking like its happened to you before... has it." Momo asks
