Extra: Halloween special part 3

(Sorry I had a lot of tests last week and this week.🗿 Happy Halloween chat I swear I'm taking the book seriously 😭)

"...but we can dress up too, right?" Dandelion Cookie asked, thrilled.

"I don't mind to be honest." Gingerbrave replied, shrugging as he made the teens fight against some armored dummies, even the mages. Even though he's kind of the same age as them.

It was the 31st of October and the streets of the Cookie Kingdom already became filled with black, orange and purple decorations. The morning atmosphere was very peaceful...

Just kidding, the Cookie Castle was filled with banging noises, yelling, paper shuffling and plates getting placed.

Avocado Cookie, Blackberry Cookie, Alchemist Cookie and Cherry Blossom Cookie were busying themselves with the decorations as Gingerbright was directing more Cookies to place specific types of food on different tables. Strawberry Cookie, Carrot Cookie and Carol Cookie were tidying the castle gardens and filling the place with pumpkins, candles and spider webs made by cotton candy wool dyed with different types of soda. Wizard Cookie and Gingerbrave were in the Kingdom's Arena, giving everyone a reminder that the middle-class and front-class Cookies cannot fight against each other, despite the glares exchanged between the mages and fighters.

"We can't get closer to the Soul Jam with a bunch of Cookies watching every corner!"

"Hmph. Don't worry, it's not going to be the last opportunity for us to obtain the Soul Jam..." the seemingly leader of the duo spoke, with both of them retreating from the Kingdom's grounds: "There's someone who will do the work for us."

"I'm so excited!" Gingerbrave said, sitting in one of the outdoor seats of Jampie Diner with Wizard Cookie, Gingerbright and Strawberry Cookie: "We're gonna see Pure Vanilla Cookie again! And see his reaction when we invited Hollyberry Cookie and Dark Cacao Cookie!"

"Hollyberry Cookie's probably going to bring Princess Cookie to this. Dark Cacao Cookie on the other hand... I think he might not come since his Kingdom's a bit too far." Wizard Cookie mumbled as he twirled his fork in his candy pasta, which has gone cold.

Gingerbright sighed, looking at the sky: "I didn't expect Hollyberry Cookie to accept our invites, I mean, doesn't she have a Kingdom to look after? Oh right, silly me, they have someone who could take over them."

"Now that I think about it, the sky's pretty cloudy today." Strawberry Cookie pointed out while her hands were on Pocket Strawberry, the sentient little gaming console Strawberry Cookie kept safe inside the leaves she had on her shoulders: "I hope that it doesn't rain."

"That just means more Cookies in one place!" Gingerbrave's eyes brightened.

"And more noises..." Wizard Cookie added, with a tired face.

The night arrived and the street lights of the Cookie Kingdom had lighten up, with multiple Cookies dressed as different things. Surprisingly, everything was very well made: bear pumpkin jack-o-lanterns were surrounded by candy spiders making their webs around it, jam red soda was spilled onto the ground, multiple skeletons and the Sugar Gnomes had too much liberty and made some funny poses, and adding some withered trees that the lodge had stored created a rather... peculiar atmosphere. Cookies were walking on the paths that lead them to the Kingdom's Castle, which distant laughter, cheers and songs were heard even when outside of the building itself.

Inside, a big room stood tall with columns and two staircases that led to interior balconies, which allowed decorations with strings to be placed. The participants were divided into four groups: the ones that danced to the music, Cookies more interested in chatting, the partakers that were there for the food and lastly, the dressed up Cookies that watched everything from the second floor, because they felt single.

Among the Bear Jelly villagers, Ice Cream Ghosts and some Raisin Villagers, only Pure Vanilla Cookie and Hollyberry Cookie were seen, and chatting to each other about probably recent events. At least, everyone did come in costume (even though the Ice Cream Ghosts were 'spooky' enough already, they still decided it would be funny to possess some of the decorations).

...And in the next morning, everything returned to normal...

Nope, clean-ups had to be made from Cherry Cookie's bombs, Gumball Cookie's art pieces and the remaining decorations. But everyone had a great time.
