Days passed

Wednesday and Enid were preparing for Family Day at Nevermore Academy. Wednesday was grumbling.

"I hate this," Wednesday said, arranging black roses.

Enid smiled. "It's just one day. You might have fun."

While wednesday and enid are preparing, A new girl, Astrid Blackwood, walked in. She had green eyes and black hair.

Wednesday saw her and said "ugh not this again."

"What do you mean?" Enid asked as she lift her head up to see another new girl.

"oh geez, who is she?!"

Wednesday frowned. "Don't know, but I don't like her."

"me too. Oh she's approaching to us!, act naturally!"enid says to wednesday whispering

Astrid approached them, smiling.

"Hi, I'm Astrid!."

Wednesday raised an eyebrow. "What brings you here?"

Astrid sparkled. "I'm new. Thought I'd introduce myself... and shake things up."

Enid's eyes widened. "well welcome to nevermore hehe..." says enid with a very unreal smile.

Wednesday and Enid exchanged a silent glance.

"hey so um, can u give us a minute? If that's ok." enid says nicely

"oh!, okay no worries."says astrid smiling.

Wednesday and enid went to the corner a little away from astrid and talked.

Wednesday said: "Not another new student. We can't trust her, especially after Sofia."

Enid's serious expression agreed: "You're right. I'll never get over on what just happened to us.. Let's keep our distance."

Wednesday nodded, and they turned back to Astrid.

"Umm, hi again," Enid said.

"Hi!" Astrid replied. "can i ask something?"

Wednesday ignored it and continued decorating.

"oh uh yeah!, anything." enid said energetically.

"So um, do yoy by any chance know him?." astrid asked and pointed at ajax who's reading a book.

Enid looked and got relieved because astrids into boys.

"Oh yeah! His name is ajax, why do you like him?." asked enid smirking

"um.." astrid looked at ajax and
smiled, ajax noticed her and looked up from his book.

"yes.. Can u introduce me to him?" asked astrid nervously

"Okay, then no problem" Enid said and  walked towards ajax.

"Ajax, this is Astrid."

Astrid walked over to Ajax. "Handsome and smart, I presume?"

"I'll leave you two love birds here."enid says walking away.

Enid went to wednesday.

Enid whispered back, "She's straight so it's a good sign, now let's focus on Family Day."

"Good riddance," Wednesday whispered.

Hours passed and they're families starts arriving

Wednesdays family arrived.

"Time to meet the family," Wednesday said, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
