Spread out in the backseat of the RAM, Luna kept scrolling through her phone and texting with Dani who was in one of the other cars, the two women exchanging embarrassing pictures of Tyler and Boone, and Dani sharing what she had of Dexter and Lily too, just as they'd promised they would. And since the crew was back on the road, moving west as they have slowly been since the night of the sunset tornado, there was no better time to do it than when they'd be bored out of their minds otherwise.

"Okay, I looked it up," Dani's voice reached over the radio just as Luna's phone pinged with another picture of Boone hanging out of the RAM, dead to the world as he slept with nearly his whole upper body just waiting to topple out of the seat. "There's a diner about ten, fifteen away where Lily can do her business-"

"Thank god!" Lily cheered from her own vehicle in the third car. "I was just about ready to accept the bushes."

"You're disgustin'." Dani commented, the words clearly directed to Lily before continuing on with what she was saying. "And Luna and Dex can stop making all of Oklahoma shake with their rumblin' stomachs." Now Luna called out a happy cheer of her own, waiting for the perfect moment when Tyler reached for the microphone in their own car and clicked the button to speak.

"With that being said," He muttered out, shaking his head in amusement. "I don't think there's anyone complainin' about a pitstop." He announced.

"Good, ya can just keep on drivin' straight and you'll see it." Dani instructed, Tyler nodding his head in understanding even though she couldn't see him doing it. "And T..." She spoke again. "Step on it 'cause I'm startin' to rumble too." Her announcement had everyone laughing in amusement.

"Do we wanna know if it's the same rumble as Lu or Lily?" Boone questioned crassly, earning himself a smack on the shoulder from the backseat and making the two men in the front laugh again while Luna's focus went back to her phone, choosing to spend what little time they had remaining to pick out and send a few pictures to her mom too, of course, for that she had to look through some of the tamer stuff and not selfies which she took while in the middle of a damn tornado.

By the time they were piling out of the cars in the parking lot of the diner, the majority of their group was celebrating the fact that Dani had overestimated the amount of time it would take to get to it. "Can I point out just one more lovely detail?" Dexter asked as he caught his chance to speak as they made their way for the door.

"If it keeps me from getting' some gurb, no." Dani responded quickly, making the man shake his head at her in amusement as he held the door open.

"I was just goin' to admire the parking lot without any white trucks." He pointed out, making everyone around him laugh in amusement.

"Don't go sayin' that Dex, you just gonna summon 'em now." He said in warning as he walked by the man and through the door, turning around and taking his next steps backwards as he continued talking to the group. "We've been lucky for days now, don't mess with it."

It was true, since leaving the motel which both their groups had been staying in, the Wranglers hadn't come across the StormPAR group since. Luna wasn't sure if it was because they were still back at the motel or if they'd moved on from there and just went in a different direction than then. And while a part of her regretted not getting Javi's number so she could ask for herself, at least this time around she had more information to go off of if she wanted to get in touch. Something that she'd been thinking about quite a bit lately.

"Boone's right, let's just not mention them again." Tyler said as the group claimed one of the empty tables as their own. "As long as they're gone, good riddance."

"Okay, c'mon," Luna spoke up in a pointed voice. "They cut us off on the road, we cut 'em off, they bickered, we bickered, ain't it time to call it quits by now?" She questioned with a raised eyebrow.
