weeks pass by since the incident that one morning in the rain. we started talking and hanging out more which made our relationship grow stronger. pansy was always trying to get in the way of our friendship, but she eased off a bit when she realised malfoy kind of abandoned her because she was annoying and too possessive of him. — i sit on my bed -all ready to go out- before i walk out of my dorm door. i'm extra tired today, i don't know why. i feel like dozing back off to sleep right this second.
when i finally gain back some energy, i slowly walk up to the dorm door, open it and walk out, then close it. as i'm about to walk down the stairs, i see malfoy infront of me, he had left just before me.
,,hey!'" i shout as he finishes walking down the stairs. he turns around and looks up at me.
,,y/l/n. what are you doing walking out of your dorm this late?"
,,i had a really bad sleep, you've only just come out too!"
,,yeah but i always sleep in late. you never."
we talk as i walk down the stairs. he holds my hand and helps me down the last step and we walk to the great hall. as soon as we get there, students are already leaving to go to their next class.
,,oh.. we are late." i sigh.
,,we've got potions. you're in my class so let's go together." he looks down at me whilst smiling.
we follow some other students who are in our lesson and arrive at the classroom.
,,good morning students." says professor slughorn. ,,today, we will be making the most intoxicating potion. amortenia. now, can anyone tell me what it is?"
,,amorteniais the most powerful love potion to exist, it smells different to each person according to what they find attractive.'' hermione answers.
,,well done miss granger! 10 points to griffindor."
hermione smiles and a few griffindors say "yes!" quietly.
we slowly and carefully make the potion, i finish it quite quickly which i found impressive. what a name, amortenia. i find it so beautiful.
after we all succeed making it, professor slughorn asks malfoy to smell his potion and sees what he smells. i'm intrigued, i should be able to figure out who he loves by his description of the scent. strangely, part of me is worried to find out.
malfoy smells the potion and pauses. ,,i um...i smell nothing, professor."
,,oh come on mr malfoy, don't be shy! reveal what you smell."
