My eyelids battled the sticky residue, trying to pry themselves open. When they did, a ray of light hit my cornea, immediately shutting themselves again.

I groaned at the impact of the light and struggled to sit up. Except, I couldn't. There was someone grasping onto my shirt and my legs were tangled up with the same person.

I looked down with my rather blurry vision and saw a blonde boy holding onto me. His chest rose and fell as he took each breath of life whilst in rest. I ran my fingers in his soft velvety hair, ruffling it to make it messy. It was always cute when it was messy. I liked it. He stirred as I did that, moaning and whimpering a little.

"Good morning baby," I cooed as he, like I did, struggled to open his eyes.

I pulled him up so that his face was right in front of mine. One of his hands let go of my shirt and he rubbed his eyes with it, trying to get all the muck that developed overnight from sleeping out of his eyes.

"You called me baby again," he whispered in awe.

Sometimes I wonder how a child-like person could be so dominant and aggressive at times during sex.

"Yeah I did," I replied, smiling at him.

He spun around, now his back facing me and he snuggled into me, taking my hands and wrapping it around his torso, so that I was the big spoon despite him being the larger being. He then placed his hands on mine, intertwining our fingers.

A feeling of confusion suddenly struck me. Honestly, I didn't know what we were now. We were friends? Or were we in love with each other?

I placed tiny kisses on his neck, pulling away while biting the skin gently. He sighed a sigh of what seemed like bliss.

"Luke..?" I asked quietly.

"Yes Calum?" He replied while playing with my fingers.

I took a deep breath.

I didn't know whether I should ask him or not.

"I was wondering..." I hesitated.

"Wondering?" He turned his head to look at me.

I took another fresh breath of oxygen.

"I was wondering, like, what are we exactly..?" I closed my eyes, releasing my breath.

I heard no reply, but only a pair of soft lips on mine.

Luke kissed me gently, nibbling my lower lips before pulling away.

"I dunno..." He mumbled, looking down and played with my fingers.

I shook him lightly.

"But I'm confused," I whined and pouted at him.

"Give me some time Calum," he sighed, letting my hand go.

He struggled to stand up and I rolled on my back.

"Why are you acting like that?" I asked him bluntly, like I always do when I felt that there was something wrong.

"I wouldn't be acting like that if you didn't asked me that question," he huffed in annoyance as he put on some pants and shuffled out of the room.

I put on some random running shorts that was on the floor and I ran out to try and get him.

He was about to walk out the door when I was in the living room.

"Where are you going?" I asked him, demanding to know what he was doing.

One second he was cuddling me, saying how he loved me calling him baby, and then the next, he was about to walk out the door like nothing happened. It wasn't fair to me!

I mean, I just want to know what's going on right?

"I'm going for a walk," He said coldly.

I grabbed him and pushed him against the door, our lips almost touching.

"Calum..." He sighs.

I stare at him, not ready to let go any time soon.

"Calum... Look," he says again, putting his hands on my arms.

"I am confused as you are. I can't give you the answer now, I don't know what I feel. I need a walk okay? Please?" He pressed his lips against mine yet again, kissing me one last time, before letting me go and opening the door.

"I won't leave you hanging alright?" He whispers, before walking out the door, shutting it behind him.

I just stood there, tears of the mixed feelings that I felt trickling down my cheeks.
