{His attention is what I crave }

Y/N'S POV

" Na Eon weren't you the one who said that Jungkook will be the one who would be fifth wheeling? "

" Yes and now I am regretting it " Na Eon groaned.

We both were walking side by side in the carnival fest. And our boyfriends were walking in front of us with their long lost friend.

It felt like we were third wheeling. A sigh escaped my lips.

" Are they ignoring our existence now? " Na Eon said in a frustrated tone.

" Yeah I think so " I answered in the same tone. We both sighed.

" Y/n look isn't that such a pretty shop? " She pointed out to a small and aesthetic shop.

" Yeah it is " I was lost in it's beauty.

" Na Eon let's go inside. "I dragged her.

" Okay but let's inform the boys first. "

I gave a nod and she went to inform them who were busy playing shoot the balloon game.

" Jimin " She called out

" Yes butterfly " He was still focused on the game

" We are going to roam on our own now. You guys enjoy okay "

" As you say butterfly. But meet us at the ferris wheel in the evening hm"

" Okay see you later. And if Taehyung ask about his moonlight then say she is with me. "

" Okay, okay now enjoy "

" Sure " She gave him a cute smile and rushed towards me.

" Can we go now? " I asked in desperation

" Yep let's go " She squealed

We entered the shop and the aroma of roses hit our nostrils. The walls were painted in violet and baby pink. White flowers were printed enhancing the beauty. And the fairy lights, this can't get anymore beautiful now.

An old lady gave us her wrinkle smile which we reciprocated.

" Welcome young ladies. How may I help you? " She asked

" Actually we were attracted to this shop . We don't know what this shop is about? " Na Eon said while being unsure and I just gave an awkward nod.

She laughed at our silliness. " Well how about a tour of this small shop then? " The lady said.

She was most probably in her late 60's . And the reading glasses she had made her  look somewhat cool. She was definitely a pretty human.

We gave her our goofy smile and earned a chuckle from her. Adjusting her glasses she started showing us around the shop. The shop was actually a comic book library. Every type of novels, comic books and story books were available.

" Is this library a part of the carnival? " I asked while being genuinely curious.

" No my child. The carnival happen's once a year but my library is open for 365 days a year. " She answered

I made a 'O' face and continued exploring it. I noticed a small kitchen nearby a book shell.

The grandma noticed my gaze and said " That is my baking center. I bake here while having my herbal tea. "

" Can you please teach us also? " Na eon said while giving her the best puppy eyes she could give

" No need to make those eyes little lady. Just a request from you is enough. " The warm smile which was emitting from us reached till our hearts.

And then we made our way towards the bakery center. Although Na eon was a good Baker but grandma was the best. She started teaching us the basic things.

TAEHYUNG'S POV

I was focused on getting the teddy bear. It was cute and fluffy. Moonlight would like it for sure. And bang!

Here I won it. The owner gave me my reward and I turned to give it to my heart's owner but there was no sight of her.

Disappointed I started searching her but I could only see these two dorks arguing over the last banana milk. Jungkook snatched it and sipped while showing his tongue to Jimin.

Jimin was about to smack him but I interrupted them.

" Jimin where are Y/n and Na Eon? "

" Oh butterfly said that they went towards some pretty shop. I told them to meet us near the ferris wheel. They must be there. " He explained

" Why didn't moonlight informed me? " A small pout adorned my lips. While these dorks laughed

" Because you were busy with this Jungkook at that time. She must have texted you lover boy. " Jimin reasoned

I checked out and yes she had messaged me. A sigh of relief escaped from my mouth

" Let's go the ferris wheel hyung. Both the noona must be waiting there for us. " Jungkook said in excitement

We both nodded and made our way towards the ferris wheel. But to our disappointment there was no sign of them.

Where are they?

Just then my phone started ringing. In desperation I picked up without looking at the caller id.

" Partner I have to give you something. " Y/n squealed in enthusiasm

I sighed in relief after listening to her melodious voice.

" Where are you moonlight? Come near the ferris wheel now. No you stand there I will come to pick you up. "

" Partner relax. I am here with Na eon . And I will come over there. Just take a deep breath and now I am hanging up okay. "

" No, just keep on talking till you reach here. Please just don't hang up hm. " The worry that laced in my tone reached over her and she said a small ok.

The phone was still on line while she kept the comforting silence on. The background sounds of the people chattering and her shallow breathing was heard.

Soon both the girls reached here. The glowing smile of her made my heart's pace increase. She giggled while showing me a small pastel pink box.

" Partner look I made cupcakes for the first time and trust me it tastes good. "

" Anything you make will taste amazing moonlight. Now can I hug you? "

" From when did you started asking permission from me? "

And I engulfed her in my arms. My safe haven she was.

" Sorry for making you worried. " She said sensing my mood.

" Sorry for making you feel left out. " I noticed it now , she went because she didn't got my attention.

" And you know what you can ask for my attention whenever you want. " I said in a soft tone

" I got that partner now let's ride the ferris wheel. "

" Okay! "

Jungkook happily skipped in it. He sat with Jimin and Na Eon. Jimin groaned in frustation cause he wanted to spend some time alone with his girlfriend.

I laughed silently at it and sat inside a different compartment by moonlight by my side. The wheel started rotating in a slow pace. And we could see the lights of the fest glowing.

It was a beautiful view. And when I looked towards Y/n her eyes captured the lights in a perfect way.

I could gaze at her whole life but still feel it's not enough. Damn she is making me crazy and I ain't complaining about it.
