TAEHYUNG'S POV

Y/n's aunt cries has been subsided. She is now sleeping in my room . Y/n went in her house to clean the house.

It's been a while since she went . So I thought of checking her. As soon as I entered the house I was greeted by the sight of blood patches. The glass pieces were cleaned but the blood was still there.

I saw Y/n coming out with a mop she was about to wipe when I told her ,"Sit down moonlight I will do the rest of work. "

" Partner when did you came?"

" Just now and your aunt is sleeping no need to worry about her . "

" That's nice thanks for helping us."

" No need to thank me now sit and let me do the work. " I said and snatched the mop from her.

She sat on the sofa quietly. I was glancing at her time to time . She was lost in her own thoughts. When I noticed her fingers. She had a deep cut I rushed towards her and took her hand gently.

She was startled by my sudden action.

"Where is the first aid kit Moonlight?"

"Oh it's in the bathroom"
I nodded my head and bought the first aid kit. I was treating her wound but she hissed . I said a small sorry and blew up the wound .

" That man was my uncle. He was my aunt's ex husband. " She said .

I nodded my head and indicated her to continue. The wound was treated so I held her both the hands . And slightly made circles on her hand with my thumb.

Y/N'S POV

When I  was 7 years old my aunt met him and introduced him to the family. My dad was very happy to meet him because he was a gentleman. But my mom didn't get any good vibes from him . It was like he had put a facade. My mom reasoned this to my dad but my dad said,' You are getting paranormal honey. He is a good guy he will keep our Haein happy. '

After few months they got  married. Everything was going smoothly. There were no problems in our lives . Then one day we came to know that aunt became pregnant. Everyone was happy especially my dad . He was over the moon .

We had a huge party in the house. While playing with aunt I noticed some bruises on her hands . There were finger marks on her neck too.
I told this to my mom . She  said ," Oh those are nothing sweetie. " I just nodded my head and went to play with my brother.

When everyone was sleeping. I woke up getting thirsty. I was about to go in the kitchen when I heard some sound from the balcony. I quietly went there and heard,
" Haein Tell me the truth." My mom demanded.

" Unni trust me it's nothing." My aunt reasoned.

" The truth Haein ."

" Ok I am in a abusive marriage. He daily drinks and beats me . He was not like this but after marriage I don't know what happened he...he changed. " My aunt was crying

Mom hugged her and said," Let's talk this out with your brother hmm. "

" No I don't want this child of mine to be fatherless. "

" Haein if he can't be a good husband how can he be a good father . "

" He will be a good father unnie. When I told him that I am pregnant he was so happy. "
