Decaying Minds

103 3 31

Sippin' swine poison , creepin' right under the skin.
Takin' over your brain,
rottin' like a berry kale.

Thinking that you are right, ever thought you might be getting hypnotized?
Riding in a merry go Down, do you really care if you were the one stuck in the round?

All the audience out there is enjoying Your breakdown,
might as well be sadist to be the one to hate on.
Blind pretty people,
stop your dirty facade .
Leave these strangers out of your nasty Grip of lusty fame .

Wanted to be a hero?
Look but you're Going to hell.
Do you ever know what
a true heroic act is?
Bet you didn't till now,
cuz you kept poisoning the sage.

Oh so funny humans, dehumanising every bit .
Drowning in despair still pretending like in a fairy tale.
Lighting up themselves to think like they're doing well.

So sad to know but ,
know you're gonna get disposed.
like a dirty plastic, crying in the rusty mud.

Stop trading the kids just for your temporary fake allure.
Stop poaching the morals down ,
Just for your drunken cravings.
What's up with your obsession ?
Putting up with toxic tension for candies.

Please go buy stabilizers from
the wage of your blissicide.
Stop doing the wrongs thinking you're doing the right.

Poet's note:

Ok guys so this poem is quite deep and tends for the readers to reflect on their actions and beliefs.
This poem tells how we humans today are getting manipulated, Gaslighting ourselves to believe the wrong doings in every aspect be it toxic beauty culture, being cool for being self destructive and even badly influencing innocents.
It also tells how the internet, music industry, online influenceres are ruining our mindset.
We are forgetting our moral just for short termed easy success for fame by mentally torturing ourselves etc. and how this all is creating a vicious cycle in our society as well.
