The livestream had been Tate's idea. She'd wanted to do a casual Q&A for fans and invited Y/n to join. They'd both been grinding on their music nonstop, and it had been a minute since they'd done anything together for their fans, so a night of hanging out with everyone seemed perfect. Plus, the fans loved them together, always flooding their comments with love for the two of them.

Tate set up her phone in the corner of the living room and pulled Y/n over to the couch, where he settled next to her, leaning back and looking pretty comfortable in his hoodie. "Alright, let's do this," she grinned, hitting the live button.

Almost immediately, the comments started flooding in, full of people saying hi, spamming hearts, and asking questions. They read a few out loud, giving the usual hellos and answering random questions about their favorite songs at the moment, what they had for dinner, and if they had any upcoming projects they could hint at.

"Wait, they're saying to rate each other's music taste?" Tate laughed, reading the comments. She nudged Y/n playfully. "Alright, let's hear it, Mr. L/n. Rate my music taste. Be honest."

Y/n shrugged, trying to look all serious. "Honestly? I'd give you, like, a solid 9 out of 10. You've got good taste, don't get me wrong, but sometimes you play the same song, like, thirty times in a row. And I just... can't."

Tate rolled her eyes, smirking. "Okay, first of all, you do the exact same thing. Second, maybe it's because I actually like to feel the music. Ever thought of that?"

"Fair point," he admitted, laughing. "Alright, maybe I'm guilty too. I'd give myself a 10, though."

The comments were blowing up with fans laughing and saying how cute they were. It was obvious that the fans loved the casual banter, and the two of them leaned into it, laughing as they went back and forth over little things.

"So, we've been together for what, two years now?" Tate said, glancing over at Y/n. "Time flies, huh?"

"Two years," he repeated, nodding with a small smile. "It feels like it went by fast, but also, it's kinda hard to remember a time when we weren't together."

"Aww, someone's being cute," she teased, poking his cheek.

The comments flooded with things like, "relationship goals!" and "I'm crying, they're so adorable!" They'd gotten used to the fans' excitement over the two of them, but it still felt a little surreal sometimes that people cared so much about their relationship.

They continued reading questions, answering everything from their go-to coffee orders to what they'd do if they weren't musicians. Eventually, though, it was obvious that Y/n was starting to get tired. He leaned his head back on the couch, letting out a long yawn, which only made Tate laugh.

"Alright, sleepyhead, should we call it a night?" she asked, watching as he blinked at her, clearly trying to keep his eyes open.

"No, no, I'm good," he protested, shaking his head and giving the camera a thumbs-up. "I'm still here, guys. Not bailing yet."

"Are you sure?" Tate asked, her tone light but knowing. She knew he'd been working on some new tracks and hadn't really let himself rest in a while. Y/n was notorious for getting completely absorbed in his work, sometimes going late into the night without realizing it.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine," he insisted, but as he continued to answer a few more questions, his voice got softer, and he leaned into Tate more and more.

The fans started noticing, too, with comments like, "Y/n's totally gonna fall asleep," and "Someone let this man rest!"

Tate was laughing as she read them out loud, glancing down at him. "They're saying you look like you're about to crash."

He smiled lazily, not even bothering to open his eyes. "Nah, I'm... I'm good..." But even as he spoke, his head lolled against her shoulder, and within seconds, he was out cold.

Tate couldn't help but laugh quietly. She glanced at the camera, lifting her finger to her lips. "Shh," she whispered, grinning as she saw the fans freaking out in the comments about how adorable it was.

"Look at him, totally asleep," she murmured, adjusting slightly so he'd be more comfortable leaning against her. The comments were blowing up even more now, fans spamming hearts and saying how sweet it was that he felt so at ease with her.

"He's been working so hard, poor guy," Tate said softly, scrolling through the comments. "Guess he needed this." She adjusted her arm around him, making sure he was comfortable.

For the next few minutes, Tate just hung out with the fans, talking quietly and reading comments. Some fans started asking her how they met, and she couldn't help but smile as she thought back to it.

"Oh man, that feels like forever ago," she started, glancing down at Y/n to make sure she wasn't waking him. "We met at this industry party, actually. I remember thinking he was cute but also kinda... intimidating? I don't know, he just had this vibe. And then we got to talking, and it was like... oh, okay, you're not intimidating at all. You're actually kinda goofy."

The fans were loving it, filling the comments with things like, "That's so cute!" and "I need someone to fall asleep on me like Y/n does with Tate."

A few minutes later, Y/n started to stir, blinking sleepily as he realized he was still on camera. "Oh no," he mumbled, sitting up and rubbing his eyes. "Did I... did I fall asleep?"

Tate laughed, patting his back. "Yep. You crashed hard, and everyone was here to witness it. You were adorable, though."

He groaned, covering his face with his hands. "Oh, man. That's embarrassing."

"Nah, they loved it," Tate assured him, scrolling through the comments to show him all the love and heart emojis. "Everyone was saying how cute you looked."

He peeked through his fingers, reading a few comments before finally letting out a laugh. "Alright, fine. Guess I'll take that as a compliment."

As they wrapped up the livestream, Tate turned to him with a smile. "Wanna go actually get some sleep now?"

He nodded, still looking a bit dazed. "Yeah. Definitely." He turned to the camera one last time, waving goodbye. "Thanks for hanging out with us, guys. Appreciate all the love."

"Goodnight, everyone!" Tate added, and with that, she ended the livestream.

Once the camera was off, Y/n leaned his head back against the couch with a sigh. "Wow, didn't realize I was that tired."

Tate chuckled, leaning against him. "Maybe you should take a day off tomorrow. Just chill for a bit."

He looked down at her, a smile tugging at the corner of his mouth. "You know what? That actually sounds pretty perfect."
