Chapter 15 - Popularity

After the celebration we get back to our duties and to university of course. Everyone now is proud and adoring my girlfriend. I'm okay with it anyway.

As for me and Jerold we are okay now. I know that he's hurting by the fact that he can't even touch my girlfriend. I know very well that he likes Ember a lot, he's a good friend of mine but I can't give Ember to him because of that.

A car honk makes me stand straight and fix myself. My girlfriend is here now.

"Good morning babe!" Ember greeted me and give me a kiss.

"Good morning bakit bumaba ka pa?" I asked.

"Gusto ko kasing kasabay kang pumasok." She giggled, why is she so bubbly? I wanna hug her all day instead of attending class.

"Let's go then?"

She nod three times and wrap her arms around my waist before walking. I open the car door for her.

"Thank you babe."

"You're welcome." I whispered and lean closer to her.

As we reached the university we welcomed by a crowd. They are just the students of this university. Some of them are holding a banner with Ember's picture printed on it and some has balloons.

"Oh shoot! Ang dami nila." Ember commented while looking at the crowd who's waiting for her.

Her two bodyguards knocked on the window and she open it.

"Ma'am aalalayan po namin kayo." Her bodyguard said and she just nodded.

"Let's go babe?" Yaya nito but I just shake my head. I can't come with her.

"Why?" She asked while frowning.

"I'm afraid that they might talk something bad about you when they see that I'm with you." I explained.

She sighed and hold my hand.

"I don't care. Come with me, you're the student council president for sure they won't mind it. Please? Come with me babe." She pleased so I nod my head.

I can't resist her charm! She's so cute when pleading. Nauna siyang bumaba sakin and I just followed her approaching her fans.

Some students give her flowers that she gladly accepted. She's enjoying and I just watch her from her back.

"Ember papicture." One of the students said and Ember agreed. They took groufie and I'm just watching them waiting for my girlfriend to approach me.

"Isa pa."

"That's enough. We still have a class and for sure you too guys. Please give her some space." I coldly said.

"Pres." They greeted me and I just raised my eyebrow.

"Sige po pumasok na kayo." Nagsitabihan sila and give way for us.

Ember now is smiling at me before walking. I just follow her and guard her from her naughty fans.

Ako ang naging taga tanggi and it's kinda tiring talking to everyone.

"Babe. Thank you for saving me earlier." She whispered while we're here in our room.

"Welcome." I shortly replied. I'm not mad, I'm just tired.

"I'm sorry if I cause trouble, hmm?"

"There's no need to be sorry. You deserve it baby." I smile at little and lean closer to her. I lay my head on her shoulder and closed my eyes.
