As the doors of the operating room swing open, Dr. Himanshu and his team carefully wheel Akshara out, her face peaceful but pale, wrapped in the comforting layers of the hospital sheets. Abhimanyu walks beside the gurney, his hand still holding hers, his eyes filled with gratitude and lingering worry. Every step is measured, as though he's afraid any sudden movement might shatter this fragile moment of survival.

Abhimanyu slows down as they reach the hallway, and he finally lets out a shaky breath. His emotions, held in check through the surgery, begin to spill over. He brings Akshara's hand to his lips, closing his eyes as a tear escapes, sliding down his cheek

Abhi-Thank you for fighting, Akshu... thank you for coming back to us.

The Goenkas, standing a short distance away, take in the sight of Akshara, their faces filled with a blend of relief, love, and raw emotion. Manish steps forward, his eyes brimming with tears. He reaches out, his hand trembling as he places it gently on Akshara's forehead.

Manish- Akshu meri bacchi

Beside him, Swarna covers her mouth, holding back sobs as she gazes at her daughter. Her whispered prayer of gratitude reaches only Manish's ears as she clutches his arm, grateful that their prayers have been answered. Kairav's eyes are wet, his guilt momentarily forgotten as he sees his sister lying there, alive and fighting. He swallows hard, grateful that he can stand by her side again.

Kairav-You've always been stronger than any of us, Akshu. I'm so proud of you

Arohi stands beside him, her own eyes misty. She reaches out to hold Kairav's hand, squeezing it as they both silently support each other.

From a little farther back, Aanchal watches, her heart swelling with relief. She knows the pain this family has endured, and seeing Akshara come through gives her a sense of renewed hope for them all. She steps closer, standing next to Swarna, and gently places a hand on her shoulder.

Aanchal-She's here because of all of you... she knew she had to come back to her family

Dr. Himanshu looks around at the tearful faces surrounding them and gives a soft smile, his voice steady but kind.

Dr. Himanshu-She fought hard, and it's because of her strength—and all of your prayers—that she's made it through

As the team wheels Akshara into the recovery room, the family trails closely behind, each heart filled with gratitude and the promise of a new beginning. In that silent but powerful moment, they all stand together, letting the weight of the past slip away, their eyes fixed on Akshara, each prayer now a thankful whisper to the universe.

At Birla House Manajri sitting near the pooja room praying and Aanchal calls Manjari. She picks up, her fingers trembling slightly as she answers

Manjari-Hello, Aanchal? Is there any news?

Aanchal's voice comes through, steady yet filled with warmth.

Aanchal-Aunty, Akshara has made it through the surgery. She's stable now. Dr. Himanshu said she'll need some time to regain consciousness, but everything looks hopeful.

Manjari's hand flies to her mouth, her eyes filling with tears of relief.

Manjari-Ohhh Thank you Kanhaji.... Thank you. Aanchal, thank you so much. Tell everyone there that we're praying and sending all our love. And... thank you for being there for Akshara.
