Muskaan flinches as if she's been slapped, her sobs turning into broken gasps. She shakes her head, unwilling to accept it.
Manish-Muskaan beta, I know this is painful. But we can't ignore what's in front of us. We have to accept the truth, no matter how much it hurts
Swarna clutches Manish's arm, her eyes filled with unshed tears. She looks at Aanchal, her expression torn between gratitude and sorrow.
Aanchal's expression softens slightly. She takes a deep breath, still visibly upset but trying to calm herself.
Aanchal-I know this is hard for all of you. I didn't want to believe it either. But we can't let his actions go unacknowledged. Akshara deserves justice, and she deserves to know the truth when she wakes up
The Goenkas nod slowly, processing the enormity of the situation. There's a heavy silence, as everyone struggles to come to terms with the revelation. Manjari steps forward hesitantly, looking at Abhimanyu with tear-filled eyes.
Manjari-I'm so sorry, Abhi... I didn't know... I thought Abhinav was a good man. I never imagined...
Abhimanyu cuts her off, his face hardening again. He looks at his mother, his expression a mix of disappointment and sadness.
Abhi-You, of all people, should have seen through him, Ma. You always claim to know what's best for me, but you couldn't see what he was doing to Akshara. He fooled everyone
Manjari's face crumples and she takes a step back, her tears flowing freely now. Dr. Himanshu arrives just then, sensing the tension but trying to bring everyone's focus back to Akshara's condition.
Dr. Himanshu-I know this is a lot to take in. But right now, Akshara needs all our strength. We have to be there for her when she wakes up. Let's focus on her recovery and deal with the rest later.
Everyone nods, though the pain and shock are still evident on their faces. The Goenkas huddle together, trying to comfort Muskaan, who is still crying inconsolably. Aanchal steps back, her face pale but resolute. She glances at Abhimanyu, giving him a small nod of reassurance.
Aanchal-We'll get through this. Akshara needs you now more than ever.
Suddenly, a nurse steps out of the recovery room with a beaming smile.
Nurse-She's awake! Akshara has regained consciousness!
A collective gasp echoes through the corridor, and everyone's face lights up with joy. The Goenkas embrace each other, crying tears of relief and happiness.
Akshara (Inside the Room) (murmuring, her voice faint but filled with longing) -Abhi... Abhi...
Swarna hugs Manish tightly, unable to hold back her emotions.
Swarna-She's awake, Manish! Our Akshara is back!
Manish-Thank you, God... Thank you for bringing her back
Muskaan-Thank you, God... Thank you for bringing her back.
Dr. Himanshu, standing nearby, gives a gentle nod, signaling that it's okay for them to go inside and see Akshara. The Goenkas and Birlas quickly gather themselves and prepare to enter the room.
Aanchal(smiling, her voice filled with excitement and relief)-Go on, everyone. She's been waiting to see you all.
But as everyone moves towards the door, Aanchal glances back and notices that Abhimanyu hasn't moved an inch. He's standing there, rooted to the spot, his face pale, his eyes distant. It's as if the ground beneath him has vanished, leaving him in a whirlpool of emotions.
