The atmosphere in the hospital is tense as everyone waits in agonizing silence. Abhimanyu stands by Akshara's bedside, his hand still wrapped around hers, his heart sinking deeper with each passing second. Aarohi stands nearby, fidgeting with her phone, while the Birlas and Goenkas wait outside. The faint hum of the machines and the occasional beep are the only sounds breaking the oppressive silence.
Just then, Aanchal comes in with a grim expression. She's holding a file in her hand, and as she approaches, everyone straightens, their hearts pounding in anticipation of the news. Abhimanyu notices her and comes outside.

She clears her throat, her eyes flicking from Abhimanyu to the rest of Akshara's family.

Kairav's eyes widen in shock, his voice shaking

Abhi-This...this is all my fault. She was suffering, and I was too blind, too selfish to see it
Aanchal's heart aches as she watches him unravel. She steps closer, reaching out to place a gentle hand on his shoulder
Aanchal-Abhimanyu, this isn't your fault.
She says softly, her voice filled with compassion
Aanchal-Akshara kept this from all of us. She didn't want to be a burden. She thought she was protecting everyone, especially you.
But Abhimanyu shakes his head, his eyes brimming with tears.
Abhi-I pushed her away, Aanchal. All those arguments, all those times I blamed her... She was carrying this alone, and I didn't even notice. I failed her.
