It happened again. I was sitting on a bench with my back, against the wall in the hallways during lunch, when Darrel, Jacob, and Joshua, 3 guys who were best friends, from my grade came up to me. I felt like something was going to happen. "Ocean you need a life. Poor you sitting here all alone at lunch." Darrel said as he laughed. I just sat there looking at my lap.

Then it happened. Before I could do anything Joshua, slapped me in the face. Jacob, and Darrel laughed as Darrel shoved me and tackled me to the ground. I tried pulling away, "get off of me." I cried as he grabbed my hair and slammed my head into the ground. I laid there in pain, as Jacob kicked my side. The 3 of them stood there laughing, "Idiot. Get some friends." Darrel said as the 3 of the walked away laughing.

I laid there, my head killing me, but I was going to have to act like it was nothing when I heard someone stop walking and stand beside me, "Miss Ocean. Please come with me back to my office." My principal, Mr.Lansing, said helping me stand up. I rubbed my side, "Mr.Lansing? Am I in trouble?" I asked as we started walking.

Mr.Lansing kept quiet and continued to walk down the hallway. My head was killing me, from when Darrel slammed my head into the floor.

We sat down in Mr.Lansing's office, "Miss Ocean I saw what happened on the cameras." He said crossing his arms. I just sat there keeping quiet. Mr.Lansing sat his elbows on the top of his desk," Ocean, I'm sending you home for the rest of the day. I already notified your teachers." He said standing up and walking outside his office. I looked down the hallway at the kids coming back from lunch, "Ok Mr.lansing thank you." I said turning and walking away.

Mr.lansing got so use to sending me home early every couple weeks.

I was walking down the hallway, which was now crowded with kids, when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around to see, Darrel standing there. He pushed me against the nearest locker, "If you dare tell anyone what happened. It'll be much worse next time." He said as I pulled away and walked out of the building.

I was walking to my house, which was 5 blocks away. My head was pounding. I'm never able to get over the fact that no one ever does anything to help me. How no one wants to be my friend.

I stepped onto the porch, when it hit me. My dad is home. I slowly opened the door and walked inside. I walked into the kitchen and there my dad was standing there with his back to me. All of a sudden he turned around, and saw me standing there. I stood there too afraid to do anything.
