Chapter 35

I sat there later that night, looking at wall in my room when there was knock at the door and i didn't  even get to say come in before Day came in and sat down beside me, taking my face in his hands and kissing me. I smiled when Day pulled away, "What was that for?" I asked smiling at him. Day brushed hair out of my face, "About earlier today." Day said looking into my eyes, "I'm sorry,." Day said letting tears fall down his face. I shook my head and gently put my hand on his cheek, "Please don't say that  you just get a little upset sometimes, and please don't cry otherwise I'm going to start crying." I said to Day as he put his hand over mine which was still on his cheek. Day sat there looking into my eyes, then he put his hands on my cheek and pressed his lips to mine. We sat there kissing each other when I pulled away, "Day..." I said with an upset tone.  "Aww babe what's wrong?" He asked drumming his fingers on my arm.

I looked down feeling very guilty, "Day I really don't feel good right now." I said as I slowly removed his hand from my arm. Day looked down, "I'm sorry sweetheart, I just." Lewi paused in the middle of his sentence, "I'm sorry, I just wanted to, we haven't had the chance before." Day mumbled as he rubbed the back of his neck. I grabbed his hand and held it in mine, "I'm sorry Day, I just don't feel very good right now." I said to Day, as I put my face in my hands. I felt Day rub my back slowly, "Please don't be upset sweetie" He said pulling me into his arms and hugging me close.

I don't remember anything else because Day leaned over and shut off the lights and kissed the top of my head, "goodnight Ocean." Day said putting his arms back around me. I rested my head on his chest, "Goodnight Day." I said as he covered us up with my purple comforter with a gray paint splatter design. I felt Day kiss the top of my head, "I love you Ocean." Day mumbled in a soft whisper. I smiled, " I love you too Day."I whispered to him right before I fell asleep.
