When I got home I combed through the house for suitcases and bags. I found a couple. Well, Trixie, you're going to be on a little bus so you might not want to pack too much. I got the biggest one (it wasn't too big) and started putting some clothes and other necessities in it. When I was about halfway done packing, I heard the doorbell go off. I ran to answer it and saw Connor standing there.
"Oh umm... Hey Connor." I said. I hadn't expected to see him until I got back to the bus.
"Hey, Trixie. I just swung by to see how you were doing and if you needed help packing." He looked as awkward as I felt.
"Oh, well... I don't need any help packing, but you can come up and we can hang out for a while."
He smiled a smile. "Sure, sounds good." We walked up to my room, and suddenly I felt really self-conscious about my room. I snuck a look at Connor to see him with a confused/amused look on his face.
"What?" I asked.
"I like the clash of personality in this room."
"What do you mean?"
"Well," he motioned towards my PlayStation 4, "I can tell you like gaming and things like that. Sort of a tomboy vibe. Then," he was looking at my My Little Pony stuff, "we have the young, childish, fun-loving girl. And we have the fangirling girly-girl," he was snickering at my Vamps posters, "and then the smart, mature type." My bookshelf, filled with novels of all kinds. Whoa.
"You read me like a book, Connor." He laughed and looked around some more.
"What's My Little Pony?" He asked.
I looked at him to make sure he wasn't kidding and then gasped and sat him down on my bed, turning Netflix on on my PlayStation. I found My Little Pony and started playing the first episode while I continued packing. I mouthed the lines I knew and looked over at Connor. He wasn't even paying any attention to the show, instead smiling at me.
"What?"
"You look so cute."
I blushed and continued packing. When I looked up to see him still looking at me, I made a face at him and said, "What do you want with me?"
"Nothing. Nothing at all." He looked back at the screen. I went back to packing, and I was almost done when someone jumped on my back and started tickling me like crazy. I screamed and laughed and tried to push them off but I failed. Eventually Connor pinned me to the ground, his face centimeters from mine. I could swear he was about to lean in when we heard the front door to my house open and close. Connor jumped off of me and we both quickly went back to what we were doing before.
"I'm home!" My mom's voice floated from downstairs but I was to lazy to walk so I waited until she came into my room. When she saw Connor watching MLP (My Little Pony) she had a surprised look an her face. "Connor, you like this show too?"
"I didn't choose to watch it by my own will! Your daughter bullied me into watching it." He put on a fake sad face and I rolled my eyes at him.
"Oh, what a darling accent you have. You know, Trixie never stops talking about you and your band. She even bought a bearded dragon just because you-"
"OKAY, Mom, I'm busy packing right now so yeah bye!" I quickly closed the door and leaned my back against it.
"Oh, so you got your lizard just because of me, did you?"
"Shut up," I said, softly punching him in the arm
