Not Even Real Life

"Oh..." I sighed. I wouldn't be able to see them until they came to my state again. I wouldn't be able to see Connor. I started to tear up, putting my head down to hide it from him.

"Hey... hey, don't be sad. We'll Skype and text and everything. Who knows? Maybe we'll be coming back sooner than you thought." He was trying to cheer me up.

"It's just that... You and the boys are the only people I can call friends. At school nobody likes me because I'm too energetic and they don't understand my jokes. Making friends with four of my favorite people on the planet was the most amazing thing that ever happened to me... And now it's ending." Whoa. That was deep. Connor probably thinks I'm a freak now. I looked at him to see him deep in thought. What was he thinking about?

"Maybe it's time to start walking back to your house now." He said. I saw a glint in his blue eyes that meant he had an idea. As we were walking, he was texting somebody. Not wanting to seem snoopy, I just looked at the ground unspeaking as we walked. When we got to my house, he put his phone in his pocket and looked at me. I stared back, feeling uncomfortable under his intense stare.

"Trixie, will you go on tour with The Vamps?" My jaw dropped and I looked at his eyes to make sure he wasn't kidding. I could see a smile in his eyes but it wasn't a joking smile. I couldn't manage any actual sentences.

"My mom. Never be ok. With it." I managed.

"Tristan already called your mum. He managed to talk her into letting you come along with us, saying that you would have a great time and there wouldn't be any funny business." I giggled and blushed at the thought of "funny business."

"I would love to go on tour with you." I gasped. "I have to start packing."

This stuff doesn't happen in real life.
