Chandrali's POV
I do not know what is happening in the kingdom, I have heard that there are attacks going on, and looking at the state of Maharaj's worries I am sure it is deeper than it looks.
"What is it?" Maa asked me as she put her hand over my shoulder. I maintain a smile and shrug my shoulders.
"Nothing I just feel that something is not right," I say and she nods.
"I know but that is how life is for a king and Queen, you both are strong so don't feel that way" she assures me and I sigh.
It has been 3 months since Aadhya's wedding and 4 months of my pregnancy, my belly is starting to show a bit. It happens differently with everyone.
Apparently my baby troubled me a lot in the starting but I am feeling great, I know their father has scolded them. I chuckle remembering how Abhyudit was talking to our baby while I slept.
"Maa I think we should really see what is happening with Varya" I told her and she sighed.
"She is stubborn Chandra, you know it" she says and I know she is right but what is happening will affect her in the future.
"She is too brave for herself, this may harm her" I say but she shakes her head.
"She is a Rajput and bravery comes from within them, I know she is taking risks but she has always been like that". Maa is right maybe.
"Maharani, Samrat is calling for everyone in the sabha" I heard an attendee say and frowned. In the sabha?
"We will be there" Maa said and I looked at her. We exchanged unsaid questions before going along to the sabha.
The announcer announced our presence and everyone stood up to pay there respects, I have been here many times and now I put forward my thoughts fearlessly. That was difficult in the beginning.
I reach there and ascended the stairs, my husband stood up and forwarded me his hand, I gladly took it and he helped me sit beside him.
I looked at him and he smiled, I glared at him this time but he looked away. I know he is planning something.
"Hum aaj aap sabhi ko ek khabar dena chahte hai"
"Today I want to announce a news" I look at him wide-eyed. What news, everyone knows we are expecting then what else is there to know?
I look at him envious and the whole courtroom was silent.
"Hum Rajkumari Ragini Devi ko unha haq De rhe hai, jo unka hai"
"I will give Princess Ragini what is rightfully hers" I heard him say and my eyes went wide with shock, Ragini was also there along with Father.
Th whole courtroom was silent, no one even moved. They know if they show any but of restraint they shall be shown no mercy. The ministers think that my kingdom is won by Abhyudit and now shall stay under Harshagarh. I knew Abhyudit was going to do this sooner or later.
