Raven's POV
Me, Shiloh and Elijah browsed through the book soome more and we found a picture. It was a picture of the people that tried to kidnap them. Or at least they hed the same clothes, and were the same creatures. "These people tried to kidnap us" Eli said as he recognised them. "What did they want from us" Shiloh questioned. We were thinking for a while when I thought of something. "Wait a damn second" I said. "What?" Eli and Shi said. "They also work for the shadowed eye, and the shadowed eye also wanted or has your mother, that's probably the reason they tried to kidnap you, because the shadowed eye wants you" I said. "That could be it, but why us and our mother, oh and her friend of course" Shiloh said. "I don't know" I said.
We were thinking for a while when an alarm went of. We ran out of the room I went to Britney who was at cams and Shiloh and Elijah went to find the others. I asked Britney what was going on and she said someone had entered through a portal that wasn't opened by any of the staff. i told her to go find Shiloh and tell her. When she left I sat looking at the screen when someone tried to communicate through a device. I picked the device up and the person on the other side started talking. "Thank you for the open welcome, we'll be gone in a minute, we're here to pick up someone, not that they have a choice." A dark voice spoke. I immedeatly went to talk through the intercom. "Shiloh, they're here to get you, to take you with them, you have to get to safety. I know you don't want that, that you feel the need to make sure others are safe too but right now you have to put yourself first, these things that came in here are after you. Eli, I hope you're still with her or Britney I hope you've reached her by now. Make sure she's in a safe room with at least one of you because I'm pretty sure she won't do anything if you don't make her. So GET SHILOH SAFE!!" I yelled the last part. The dark voice on the device was laughing. "What are you laughing at?" I asked angry. "You are so stupid" I heard the same dark voice, but not through the device, it was behind me.
Elijah's POV
"GET SHILOH TO SAFETY" I heard Raven yell through the intercom. Shiloh was standing next to me. "I am no-" She started to say, but I wouldn't let her finish. "Yes you are" I said as I grabbed her by the arm. I dragged her all the way to the other side of HQ to the nest. It was our chillroom, but also the safest room here. I dragged her inside and closed the door. "no no you can't- I can't stay here I need to help the-" Shiloh protested. "Sit down" I said stern. I don't use a stern voice often so she said down immediatly. "I know you don't want this, but those things out there are after you, you heard Raven. She knows you don't want this, but she said you have to get to safety" I told my sister. "But how would she know" Shiloh asked me. "Maybe they tried communicating to start chaos" I thought. "But still, why can't I fight them" Shiloh almost whined. "God you sound like a child now -OW, hey- She must've heard their voice, it could be like a really scary voice or something, you should just trust her" I told her. "I- I do trust her" She said. "Good" I said.
"You know you should never asume something is correct the second you think of it" A dark voice spoke through the intercom. Wait a second wasn't Raven there. "But that's exactly what you did, Raven Brooks" The voice said. Why were they talking to Raven, I looked at Shiloh and we silently agreed. We ran out the nest I went to find Raven. As we were running I heard Raven say. "That's not my name" "Oh but it is" "And why is tha- HMMPH" We heard a muffeled sound and we started running faster. "Because that's what you told HIM" And then the intercom was -I think- smashed to pieces. 30 seconds later we ran into the cams room but it was empty. Raven was gone. What did that man mean by HiM.
